大學生述情障礙與親密恐懼的關系研究—特質(zhì)感情的中介作用

【摘要】:親密關系與大學生生活密切相關,能否與他人建立并維持親密關系是大學生非常關心的話題,親密關系中出現(xiàn)的問題也容易對大學生的生活產(chǎn)生不良影響。述情障礙、特質(zhì)感情和親密恐懼都是與親密關系的建立和維持密切相關的因素,對三者之間關系的研究有助于更好的理解親密關系。本研究在現(xiàn)有文獻的基礎上,修訂了特質(zhì)感情問卷,利用修訂后的特質(zhì)感情問卷和國內(nèi)已有的多倫多述情障礙量表、親密恐懼量表對南京、北京和西安的635名在校大學生進行調(diào)查,了解其述情障礙、特質(zhì)感情以及親密恐懼的總體狀況和基本特征,探討三者之間的關系,驗證特質(zhì)感情在其中的中介作用,構建三者之間的關系模型,并進一步挖掘研究生情侶之間的二元關系。本研究將述情障礙與人際關系問題結合起來,并引入了特質(zhì)感情這一新的變量,旨在揭示情感表達的能力與傾向?qū)τH密恐懼的影響,以期對大學生自我成長和心理咨詢實踐提供參考。研究結果表明:1.修訂后的特質(zhì)感情問卷由13個項目構成,包括感情表達、感情接收和總體評價3個維度,在大學生樣本中具有良好的信度和效度。2.述情障礙總體及各個因素在專業(yè)、年級以及目前戀愛的持續(xù)時間上有顯著差異,在性別、生源地、是否獨生、是否有過戀愛經(jīng)歷、目前是否戀愛上無顯著差異。3.特質(zhì)感情總體及各個因素在性別、是否有戀愛經(jīng)歷、以及目前是否戀愛上有顯著差異,在專業(yè)、年級、生源地、是否獨生以及戀愛時間上無顯著差異。4.親密恐懼在年級、是否有戀愛經(jīng)歷、以及目前戀愛的持續(xù)時間上有顯著差異,在性別、專業(yè)、生源地、是否獨生、目前是否戀愛上無顯著差異。5.述情障礙與親密恐懼顯著正相關,且可以顯著正向預測親密恐懼;述情障礙與特質(zhì)感情顯著負相關,且可以顯著負向預測特質(zhì)感情;特質(zhì)感情與親密恐懼顯著負相關,且可以顯著負向預測親密恐懼。另外,述情障礙和特質(zhì)感情可以共同顯著預測親密恐懼。6.特質(zhì)感情在述情障礙與親密恐懼之間起部分中介作用,即述情障礙對親密恐懼的影響,有一部分是通過特質(zhì)感情起作用的。7.在研究生情侶中,男女雙方的述情障礙與親密恐懼無明顯關系,即在述情障礙與親密恐懼方面,情侶之間不存在二元互動關系。
[Abstract]:The intimate relationship is closely related to the life of college students. Whether they can establish and maintain the intimate relationship with others is a topic of great concern to college students, and the problems in the intimate relationship can easily have a negative impact on the life of college students. Alexithymia, idiosyncratic feelings and intimacy fear are all factors closely related to the establishment and maintenance of intimate relationship. Based on the existing literature, this study revised the idiosyncratic questionnaire, using the revised trait emotion questionnaire and the Toronto alexithymia scale, the closeness fear scale for Nanjing. A survey of 635 college students in Beijing and Xi'an was conducted to understand the general situation and basic characteristics of alexithymia, trait feelings and intimacy and fear, to explore the relationship between the three, and to verify the intermediary role of idiosyncratic feelings in them. Build the relationship between the three models, and further explore the dual relationship between graduate couples. This study combined alexithymia with interpersonal relationship problems and introduced trait emotion as a new variable to reveal the effects of emotional expression and tendency on intimacy fear. In order to provide reference for college students' self-growth and psychological counseling practice. The results of the study show that 1: 1. The revised trait emotion questionnaire is composed of 13 items, including emotion expression, emotion acceptance and overall evaluation. It has good reliability and validity in college students' sample. Alexithymia in general and each factor in professional, grade and current love duration has significant differences, in gender, place of origin, whether the only child, whether there has been a love experience, whether there is no significant difference in current love. 3. There is no significant difference in gender, love experience, and current love relationship among the factors of trait emotion, and there is no significant difference in specialty, grade, student origin, sole child and love time. 4. There were significant differences in intimacy fear in grade, whether there was love experience and the duration of current love. There was no significant difference in sex, major, student origin, single child, and current love. Alexithymia was significantly positively correlated with closeness fear and could predict closeness significantly; alexithymia was negatively correlated with trait emotion and negatively predicted idiosyncratic emotion; trait emotion was negatively correlated with closeness fear. And significantly negative predictors of intimacy fear. In addition, alexithymia and idiosyncratic feelings together significantly predict intimacy fears. Trait emotion partly mediates between alexithymia and closeness fear, that is, alexithymia affects closeness fear, partly through idiosyncrasies. There is no obvious relationship between alexithymia and intimacy fear in graduate student couples, that is, there is no dual interaction between couples in alexithymia and intimacy fear.
