【摘要】：教育者先受教育是思想政治教育的重要規(guī)律。這一規(guī)律,揭示了教育者的教育和受教育、教育者的思想道德素質和科學文化素質發(fā)展、教育者的認知和踐行之間的本質的必然的聯(lián)系,因此,教育者必須先學后教,德業(yè)并進、知行統(tǒng)一。堅持教育者先受教育,就要加強和改進教師思想政治工作,啟發(fā)和推動教師深入探索和自覺遵循教育者先受教育的規(guī)律,更好地立德樹人。
[Abstract]:Education for educators is an important law of ideological and political education. This law reveals the essential connection between the educator's education and education, the development of educator's ideological and moral quality and scientific and cultural quality, and the educator's cognition and practice. Therefore, the educator must learn first and then teach. Virtue and industry go hand in hand, knowledge and practice are unified. It is necessary to strengthen and improve teachers' ideological and political work, to enlighten and promote teachers to explore deeply and conscientiously follow the law of educator's first education, and to build up people better.
