【摘要】：隨著信息技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,手機(jī)媒體作為信息傳播的重要工具之一,逐漸成為了大學(xué)生不可或缺的一個(gè)情感交流和資源共享的工具,極大地影響著大學(xué)生的行為習(xí)慣、思想觀念以及心理狀況等.但在日常的生活和學(xué)習(xí)中,大學(xué)生過(guò)于依賴(lài)手機(jī)的使用,"手機(jī)焦慮癥"、"低頭族"等現(xiàn)象已經(jīng)越來(lái)越多,對(duì)大學(xué)生的身心健康產(chǎn)生了不利影響.因此手機(jī)媒體在大學(xué)生中的普遍應(yīng)用,對(duì)大學(xué)生的心理健康教育來(lái)說(shuō),是機(jī)遇也是一種挑戰(zhàn),各高校應(yīng)該有效的利用手機(jī)媒體的優(yōu)勢(shì)開(kāi)展大學(xué)生心理健康教育工作,進(jìn)一步引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生健康的成長(zhǎng).
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, mobile media, as one of the important tools of information dissemination, has gradually become an indispensable tool of emotional exchange and resource sharing for college students, which greatly affects the behavior habits of college students. Ideology and mental state. However, in the daily life and study, college students rely too much on the use of mobile phones, "mobile phone anxiety disorder", "Phubber" and other phenomena have become more and more, which has a negative impact on the physical and mental health of college students. Therefore, the widespread application of mobile media in college students is an opportunity and a challenge to the mental health education of college students. Universities and colleges should effectively use the advantages of mobile media to carry out psychological health education for college students. Further guide the healthy growth of college students.
