【摘要】：學(xué)校變革型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力是學(xué)校管理研究的熱點(diǎn),近年來國外研究成果擢升,開發(fā)了多樣化的測(cè)評(píng)工具并對(duì)其效用、影響因素及具體作用路徑進(jìn)行了深入探討。對(duì)國外相關(guān)研究結(jié)果的梳理可以看出,學(xué)校變革型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力能夠提高學(xué)校管理效能,促進(jìn)教師心理的積極發(fā)展和學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)成績的提升。仍存在的主要不足有:理論界定不夠清晰、研究方法較為單一、對(duì)教育情境的關(guān)注不夠等。未來研究的發(fā)展方向是:構(gòu)建整合型理論、采用橫斷和縱向研究相結(jié)合的研究設(shè)計(jì)、開發(fā)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化測(cè)評(píng)工具等。
[Abstract]:School transformational leadership is a hot topic in school management research. In recent years, foreign research achievements have promoted, developed a variety of evaluation tools and discussed its utility, influencing factors and specific action path. It can be seen that school transformational leadership can improve the efficiency of school management and promote the positive development of teachers' psychology and the improvement of students' academic achievement. The main shortcomings still exist: the definition of theory is not clear enough, the research method is single, and the attention to educational situation is not enough. The development direction of the future research is: constructing the integration theory, adopting the research design of the combination of crosscutting and longitudinal research, developing standardized evaluation tools and so on.
