【摘要】：目的探討閱讀式療法對山西醫(yī)科大學學生心理健康的影響效果,為改善大學生心理健康狀況提供參考。方法隨機選取山西醫(yī)科大學2015級1 988名大一新生為研究對象,對736名大學生實施3個月的閱讀式療法干預(yù),其余的1 252名大學生作為對照組,采用中國大學生心理健康量表對閱讀式療法的效果進行量化評估。結(jié)果干預(yù)前,干預(yù)組與對照組大學生心理健康量表各維度得分差異均無統(tǒng)計學意義(P值均0.05);干預(yù)3個月后,干預(yù)組與對照組各維度得分,除軀體化差異無統(tǒng)計學意義外(t=-1.36,P0.05),其余11個維度的差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P值均0.05),且干預(yù)組明顯低于對照組。對比干預(yù)組在干預(yù)前后各維度得分,除依賴(t=1.27,P0.05)和沖動(t=-0.61,P0.05)2項外,其余10個維度差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P值均0.05),且干預(yù)后得分明顯低于干預(yù)前。結(jié)論閱讀式療法對改善大學生心理健康狀況有積極效果。但在依賴和沖動方面效果欠佳,可能與干預(yù)時間短、硬件條件不足、干預(yù)過程尚不完善等有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of reading therapy on the mental health of students in Shanxi Medical University. Methods A total of 1,988 freshmen from 2015 grade of Shanxi Medical University were randomly selected as the study subjects, 736 college students were treated with reading therapy for 3 months, and the other 1,252 college students were used as the control group. Chinese college students' mental health scale was used to quantitatively evaluate the effect of reading therapy. Results before the intervention, there was no significant difference in the scores of mental health scale between the intervention group and the control group (P < 0.05), and after 3 months of intervention, the scores of each dimension between the intervention group and the control group were not statistically significant. Except for somatization, there was no statistical difference between the two groups, but there were significant differences in the other 11 dimensions (P < 0.05), which were significantly lower in the intervention group than in the control group. The scores of each dimension before and after intervention in the intervention group were significantly lower than those before and after intervention, except for the two items of dependence (1.27, P 0.05) and impulsive tachycardia (-0.61g, P 0.05N), and the scores after intervention were significantly lower than those before intervention. Conclusion Reading therapy has a positive effect on improving the mental health of college students. However, the poor effect of dependence and impulse may be related to the short time of intervention, the shortage of hardware condition, the imperfect process of intervention and so on.
