【摘要】：百年大計,教育為本。教育是民族振興、社會進步的基礎(chǔ)。提高教育的質(zhì)量離不開教師這個傳道授業(yè)的主體,而教師隊伍結(jié)構(gòu)是教育系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)的重要成分,研究教師隊伍結(jié)構(gòu)有助于加強對我國現(xiàn)階段教育情況的認識,可以為我國教育改革提供理論依據(jù)。我國教育類型分類方式多樣,本文主要選取的是依據(jù)教育對象分類中的大眾教育部分,主要有普通中小學(xué)教育和普通高等教育兩部分,以我國教育部2006年到2015年教育統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),參照美國高等教育統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù),對比東中西部教師隊伍結(jié)構(gòu),運用統(tǒng)計分析,文獻研究法,比較分析法等研究方法,對教師隊伍的整體結(jié)構(gòu)的各個方面進行分析,借鑒美國教育的先進經(jīng)驗以及文獻研究中的合理結(jié)構(gòu),分析我國教師隊伍結(jié)構(gòu)存在的問題及形成原因,再結(jié)合理論基礎(chǔ)給出結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的對策建議。本文旨在通過理論思考、現(xiàn)狀分析、經(jīng)驗借鑒、對策探討,為我國教師隊伍結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整、教育結(jié)構(gòu)改革提高理論認識和信息支持,為我國教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展集聚力量。
[Abstract]:Education is the foundation of a hundred-year plan. Education is the foundation of national rejuvenation and social progress. To improve the quality of education is inseparable from teachers, the main body of preaching and teaching, and the structure of the teaching team is an important component of the structure of the educational system. The study of the structure of the teaching team will help to strengthen the understanding of the current situation of education in China. It can provide theoretical basis for education reform in our country. There are various ways of classification of education types in our country. This paper mainly selects the part of mass education, which is based on the classification of educational objects, which consists of two parts: general primary and secondary education and general higher education. Based on the educational statistics of the Ministry of Education of China from 2006 to 2015, and referring to the statistical data of higher education in the United States, this paper compares the structure of teachers in the east, the west and the west, and makes use of statistical analysis, literature research, comparative analysis, and other research methods. This paper analyzes the various aspects of the overall structure of the teaching team, draws lessons from the advanced experience of American education and the reasonable structure in the literature research, and analyzes the problems existing in the structure of the teaching staff in our country and the reasons for its formation. Based on the theory, the countermeasures and suggestions of structural optimization are given. The purpose of this paper is to improve the theoretical understanding and information support for the adjustment of the structure of teachers and the reform of educational structure, and to gather strength for the development of education in China through theoretical thinking, current situation analysis, experience reference and countermeasure discussion.
