【摘要】：正所謂"學(xué)區(qū)房",就是"根據(jù)教育行政部門或者學(xué)校規(guī)定,按照免試就近入學(xué)的原則,學(xué)校(主要是重點中小學(xué))招收指定地域范圍內(nèi)的學(xué)生,在這個范圍里的學(xué)生可以享受義務(wù)教育,免試就近入學(xué)。人們把這個范圍內(nèi)的物業(yè)、房產(chǎn)稱為學(xué)區(qū)房。相應(yīng)地,這個范圍被稱為學(xué)區(qū)"。仔細閱讀學(xué)界較為公認的界定,會發(fā)現(xiàn)兩個關(guān)鍵詞:"重點學(xué)校"和"就近入學(xué)"。前者主要指20世紀50年代開始的集中力量"辦好一批重點學(xué)校"方案,后者主要指1986
[Abstract]:The so-called "school district housing" means that "according to the regulations of the administrative department of education or the school, and in accordance with the principle of getting in the vicinity of the examination free, schools (mainly key primary and secondary schools) enroll students from designated geographical areas." In this range of students can enjoy compulsory education, free from examination to the nearest entrance. Property in this area is called a school district house. Accordingly, this range is called the school district. A closer reading of the accepted definitions reveals two key words: key schools and proximity. The former mainly refers to the "run a number of key schools" programs that began in the 1950s, while the latter mainly refers to 1986.
