慕課背景下高校教師增強(qiáng)課堂吸引力的探討

【摘要】:慕課是開(kāi)放辦學(xué)的產(chǎn)物,是基于計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)應(yīng)用于教學(xué)的新成果。慕課對(duì)高校教師的教學(xué)方式、教學(xué)內(nèi)容、課堂教學(xué)傳統(tǒng)以及教學(xué)管理帶來(lái)了較大影響。高校教師可以從中汲取經(jīng)驗(yàn)以增強(qiáng)課堂吸引力。面對(duì)慕課引發(fā)的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),教師要樹(shù)立以學(xué)生為中心的教育教學(xué)理念,投入更多的時(shí)間精力,提高學(xué)習(xí)知識(shí)的能力;轉(zhuǎn)變教學(xué)方式,提高傳播知識(shí)的能力;致力科教融合,提高創(chuàng)新知識(shí)的能力。
[Abstract]:The course is the product of open education and the new achievement based on the application of computer network technology in teaching. The teaching method, teaching content, classroom teaching tradition and teaching management of college teachers are greatly influenced. College teachers can learn from the experience to enhance the appeal of the classroom. In the face of the opportunities and challenges caused by the admiration courses, teachers should set up a student-centered concept of education and teaching, invest more time and energy, improve their ability to learn knowledge, change their teaching methods, improve their ability to disseminate knowledge, and devote themselves to the integration of science and education.
