【摘要】：獎勵是教育過程中與懲罰相對應(yīng)的常規(guī)性教育手段,具有強(qiáng)化特定認(rèn)知與行為、促進(jìn)學(xué)生社會化發(fā)展、激活學(xué)生的發(fā)展動力等功能。但教育中的獎勵也潛含著某種懲罰性,一些不當(dāng)獎勵甚至?xí)拗茖W(xué)生創(chuàng)造性的發(fā)揮和發(fā)展。合理的獎勵必須符合青少年身心發(fā)展的特征和教育目的并有助于學(xué)生逐步完成從外部動機(jī)向內(nèi)部動機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)化。教育者在實(shí)施獎勵時(shí)應(yīng)當(dāng)堅(jiān)持適度性原則、引導(dǎo)學(xué)生主動參與的原則、公平性原則和及時(shí)與莊重原則。
[Abstract]:Reward is a conventional means of education corresponding to punishment in the process of education. It has the functions of strengthening specific cognition and behavior, promoting the development of students' socialization and activating students' development motive force. However, the rewards in education also contain some kind of punishment, some improper rewards may even restrict the students' creativity and development. The reasonable reward must accord with the characteristics of teenagers' physical and mental development and the educational purpose and help the students to gradually complete the transformation from external motivation to internal motivation. Educators should adhere to the principle of moderation, guide students' active participation, fairness, and timely and solemn principles when implementing rewards.
