【摘要】：隨著少兒體育舞蹈在西安市的不斷發(fā)展和廣泛的普及,西安市少兒體育舞蹈的參與人數(shù)及培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的不斷增加,然而在西安市少兒體育舞蹈的培訓(xùn)市場上卻出現(xiàn)一系列問題。本文結(jié)合了文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法和邏輯分析法,利用產(chǎn)業(yè)組織分析工具SCP模式建立西安少兒體育舞蹈培訓(xùn)市場的SCP分析框架,研究了西安少兒體育舞蹈培訓(xùn)市場中市場結(jié)構(gòu)、行為和績效三者的現(xiàn)狀。為了幫助更多的培訓(xùn)業(yè)有比較完善的模式,獲取更多的利潤及提高整個(gè)培訓(xùn)業(yè)的質(zhì)量,讓更多的少兒參與者參與到體育舞蹈的產(chǎn)業(yè)中,優(yōu)化西安市少兒培訓(xùn)業(yè)的市場結(jié)構(gòu),完善市場行為,提高市場績效,并對西安少兒體育舞蹈培訓(xùn)市場出現(xiàn)的問題給予建議。通過本文的研究得出結(jié)論:1、西安市少兒體育舞蹈培訓(xùn)市場屬于寡占Ⅲ型市場,差異化程度較小,教師與參與者男女比例不平衡,培訓(xùn)業(yè)的進(jìn)入壁壘中技術(shù)性壁壘較高、政府監(jiān)管力度較低,退出壁壘很低。2、西安市少兒體育舞蹈培訓(xùn)業(yè)中市場價(jià)格平民化,參與者對培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的選擇更加看重教師的教學(xué)質(zhì)量,在市場競爭中取勝需要提高培訓(xùn)點(diǎn)的教學(xué)水平。培訓(xùn)點(diǎn)的廣告促銷手段各式各樣,宣傳單和賽事廣告牌的制作成為主要的手段。3、西安市少兒體育舞蹈培訓(xùn)業(yè)的培訓(xùn)績效較低,廣告宣傳對西安市少兒體育舞蹈有一定影響效果,參與者比較滿意培訓(xùn)業(yè)的服務(wù)質(zhì)量。4、西安市少兒體育舞蹈培訓(xùn)業(yè)屬于低寡占競爭型市場,價(jià)格行為和非價(jià)格行為由其市場結(jié)構(gòu)決定,市場結(jié)構(gòu)作用于培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)所有者的行為使其集中度降低。市場行為決定市場結(jié)構(gòu),同樣培訓(xùn)市場中的廣告行為及創(chuàng)新行為影響市場績效,但市場績效不是直接改變市場結(jié)構(gòu),在促進(jìn)對體育舞蹈培訓(xùn)業(yè)的發(fā)展政府行為不可缺少。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development and widespread popularization of children's sports dance in Xi'an, the number of participants and training institutions of children's sports dance in Xi'an is increasing. However, there are a series of problems in the training market of children's sports dance in Xi'an. This paper combines the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logic analysis, and establishes the SCP analysis framework of Xi'an children's sports dance training market by using the industrial organization analysis tool SCP model. The present situation of market structure, behavior and performance in Xi'an children's sports dance training market was studied. In order to help more training industries have more perfect models, obtain more profits and improve the quality of the entire training industry, let more children participate in the sports dance industry, optimize the market structure of the children's training industry in Xi'an. Improve market behavior, improve market performance, and give suggestions to the problems in Xi'an children's sports dance training market.
