【摘要】：教師角色近年來發(fā)生了深刻的變化,教師角色在轉(zhuǎn)變過程中呈現(xiàn)多維性,且教師扮演的教育者、研究者和社會服務(wù)者角色均受到內(nèi)外因的共同作用。教師角色的多維性需要從影響教師角色的內(nèi)因和外因兩個方面提高教師角色的內(nèi)在機(jī)制,需要"引力""動力"和"內(nèi)力",三力合一才能樹立正確的教師角色觀念,從而確立教師在教育教學(xué)活動中的地位和作用,實(shí)現(xiàn)教師的社會地位和社會對教師的期望。
[Abstract]:The role of teachers has undergone profound changes in recent years. The role of teachers in the process of transformation presents a multi-dimensional nature, and the roles of educators, researchers and social service providers are all affected by both internal and external factors. The multi-dimensional nature of the teacher's role needs to improve the internal mechanism of the teacher's role from the two aspects of internal and external factors that affect the teacher's role, and needs the "gravitation" motive force "and" internal force "to establish the correct concept of teacher's role. In order to establish the status and role of teachers in educational activities, to achieve the social status of teachers and social expectations for teachers.
