基于倫理視域下的教師管理探究

【摘要】:倫理是一個(gè)古老的字眼,它滲透在我們生活的方方面面,教師作為人類靈魂的工程師,職業(yè)的重要性不言而喻。讓倫理滲透到教師管理當(dāng)中是尤為必要的。用倫理化的教師管理逐步來代替僵化的教師管理方式是一項(xiàng)十分有意義的改革。本文在梳理和分析國內(nèi)外關(guān)于教師管理倫理化研究情況的基礎(chǔ)上,緊抓社會(huì)發(fā)展和教師自身發(fā)展對(duì)于教師管理的要求,以教師管理中的倫理缺位問題為切入點(diǎn)來提出教師管理倫理化的實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑。本文主要分為以下五個(gè)部分:第一部分:引言。主要分析教師管理的重要性以及倫理對(duì)于教師管理的作用,研究了國內(nèi)外關(guān)于教師管理倫理化的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)。從教師聘任過程、教師考核過程、教師培訓(xùn)過程和教師激勵(lì)過程四個(gè)方面指出倫理在教師管理過程中的重要性,并對(duì)主要研究方法和論文的寫作思路做了說明。第二部分:教師管理及相關(guān)概念的界定。對(duì)倫理、教師管理以及管理倫理進(jìn)行了概念界定,通過倫理和管理倫理對(duì)倫理的管理本質(zhì)進(jìn)行了論述,著重強(qiáng)調(diào)倫理對(duì)教師管理的特殊意義。第三部分:教師管理倫理化的必要性。從教師職業(yè)的特殊性和重要性、教師管理倫理嚴(yán)重缺位、管理倫理是歷史發(fā)展的使然、倫理化的教師管理具有優(yōu)越性四個(gè)方面來闡述對(duì)教師進(jìn)行倫理化管理的必要性,指出倫理在教師管理過程中的重要作用,指出教師管理倫理化成為教師管理改革的趨勢(shì)。第四部分:我國教師管理中的倫理缺位問題。從教師管理過于工具化、教師管理中的倫理失范兩大方面對(duì)我國教師管理中存在的違背倫理的現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行論述。第五部分:教師管理倫理化的實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑。這一部分主要針對(duì)教師管理中存在的問題提出了解決策略。從夯實(shí)教師管理的倫理基礎(chǔ)入手,進(jìn)而提出樹立以人為本的教師管理觀念等策略。在論述策略的過程中對(duì)倫理的重要性進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步深化,突出倫理對(duì)于教師管理的重要性。
[Abstract]:Ethics is an ancient word, it permeates all aspects of our life, teachers as engineers of the human soul, the importance of the profession is self-evident. It is particularly necessary for ethics to penetrate into the management of teachers. It is a meaningful reform to replace rigid teacher management with ethical teacher management. On the basis of combing and analyzing the research on the ethics of teacher management at home and abroad, this paper focuses on the demands of social development and teachers' own development on teacher management. This paper puts forward the way to realize the ethics of teacher management from the point of view of the ethical deficiency in teacher management. This article is divided into the following five parts: the first part: introduction. This paper mainly analyzes the importance of teacher management and the role of ethics in teacher management, and studies the relevant literature on the ethics of teacher management at home and abroad. This paper points out the importance of ethics in the process of teacher management from four aspects: the process of teacher appointment, the process of teacher assessment, the process of teacher training and the process of teacher motivation, and explains the main research methods and the writing ideas of the paper. The second part: the definition of teacher management and related concepts. This paper defines the concept of ethics, teacher management and management ethics, discusses the management essence of ethics through ethics and management ethics, and emphasizes the special significance of ethics to teacher management. The third part: the necessity of teacher management ethics. From the particularity and importance of the teacher profession, the teacher management ethics is seriously absent, the management ethics is the result of the historical development, the ethical teacher management has the superiority four aspects to expound the necessity to carry on the ethics management to the teacher. This paper points out the important role of ethics in the process of teacher management, and points out that the transformation of teacher management ethics into a trend of teacher management reform. The fourth part: the ethics vacancy in the teacher management of our country. This paper discusses the phenomenon of breaking ethics in teacher management in our country from two aspects: teachers' management is too instrumental and teachers' ethics is out of order. The fifth part: the way to realize the ethics of teacher management. In this part, the author puts forward some solutions to the problems in teacher management. Starting with the strengthening of the ethical basis of teacher management, this paper puts forward some strategies such as establishing the concept of teacher management based on people-oriented. In the process of discussing strategies, the importance of ethics is further deepened and the importance of ethics to teacher management is highlighted.
