【摘要】:當前,以社會需求為本位的教師職業(yè)驅(qū)動機制要兼顧教師個體職業(yè)理想和專業(yè)愿景,教師職業(yè)道德的繼承性也不能脫離市場經(jīng)濟的方式,承認一定的物質(zhì)利益是教師職業(yè)發(fā)展和道德行為選擇必不可少的條件。通過了解教師職業(yè)的利益偏好,建立暢通的表達渠道,不將教師行為管理建立在對教師道德人格的假設之上,采用以教師個體為單位的多維管理方式,是突破學校教育改革瓶頸的動力。
[Abstract]:At present, the teachers' professional driving mechanism based on social demand should take into account the teachers' individual professional ideal and professional vision, and the inheritance of teachers' professional ethics cannot be separated from the way of market economy. Recognizing certain material interests is an essential condition for teachers' professional development and moral behavior choice. Through understanding the interest preference of the teacher profession, establishing the unblocked channel of expression, not basing the teacher's behavior management on the assumption of the teacher's moral personality, adopting the multi-dimensional management mode with the teacher's individual as the unit. It is the motive force to break through the bottleneck of school education reform.
