【摘要】:正無(wú)論做什么事,應(yīng)該先定一具體的計(jì)劃。所謂計(jì)劃,就是依著目的進(jìn)行的程序。辦學(xué)校也應(yīng)這樣,第一步我們應(yīng)把學(xué)校的宗旨定出來(lái),再審察學(xué)校的困難,分析為各項(xiàng)問(wèn)題。例如學(xué)生精神不活潑,我們應(yīng)該怎樣使他們活潑?班中程度參差不齊,我們應(yīng)想什么方法來(lái)救濟(jì)?分?jǐn)?shù)不能代表學(xué)生成績(jī)的高下,我們應(yīng)如何改良記分法?每一個(gè)實(shí)際問(wèn)題,就是我們辦事的目標(biāo)、研究的中心。
[Abstract]:No matter what we do, we should first work out a concrete plan. The so-called plan is the procedure followed by the purpose. The same should be said for running a school. In the first step, we should define the purpose of the school and then examine the difficulties of the school. Analysis for the various problems. For example, students are not lively, how should we make them lively? The level of class is uneven. What methods should we think of to help? Scores do not represent the high marks of students, how should we improve the scoring method? Every practical problem is the center of our work and study.
