基于初中生創(chuàng)傷經(jīng)歷的敘事取向團(tuán)體心理輔導(dǎo)對改善其自卑感的干預(yù)研究

【摘要】:初中生正處在敏感的青春期,他們一方面要接受身體、心理變化的挑戰(zhàn),另一方面要應(yīng)對社會化、自我同一性過程中面臨的一系列問題,這會對他們的自我認(rèn)知、自我意識以及自我同一性產(chǎn)生很大的影響,若處理不好就很容易產(chǎn)生自卑感。其中兒童期的創(chuàng)傷經(jīng)歷可能導(dǎo)致初中生形成錯誤的自我認(rèn)知、行為模式,進(jìn)而導(dǎo)致自卑感的產(chǎn)生。目前,已有許多文獻(xiàn)顯示兒童期創(chuàng)傷經(jīng)歷與自卑感之間存在一定關(guān)系,但少有研究針對其中具體維度的關(guān)系進(jìn)行相應(yīng)探索和研究。因此,本研究用《中學(xué)生自卑感量表》和《兒童期心理創(chuàng)傷量表(CTQ-SF)》兩個問卷對初中生進(jìn)行調(diào)查,了解初中生自卑感與兒童創(chuàng)傷經(jīng)歷的現(xiàn)狀及其在人口統(tǒng)計學(xué)方面的差異,初步探討初中生自卑感與兒童創(chuàng)傷經(jīng)歷的關(guān)系,同時采用敘事取向團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)對少部分創(chuàng)傷和自卑感得分高的初中生進(jìn)行干預(yù),并驗證了敘事取向團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)對于創(chuàng)傷干預(yù)的效果。本研究結(jié)論如下:(1)初中生兒童期創(chuàng)傷經(jīng)歷嚴(yán)重程度從高到低依次為:情感忽視維度、軀體忽視、情感虐待維度、軀體虐待維度、性虐待維度;(2)初中生自卑感嚴(yán)重程度從高到低依次為:學(xué)業(yè)自卑感、性格自卑感、社交自卑感、生活自卑感;(3)不同人口統(tǒng)計學(xué)變量在初中生兒童期創(chuàng)傷經(jīng)歷各維度上存在顯著差異;(4)不同人口統(tǒng)計學(xué)變量在初中生自卑感各維度上存在顯著差異;(5)兒童期創(chuàng)傷經(jīng)歷與初中生自卑感呈現(xiàn)顯著正相關(guān)關(guān)系;(6)敘事取向的團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)對初中生創(chuàng)傷有良好的干預(yù)效果。
[Abstract]:Junior high school students are in a sensitive adolescence. On the one hand, they have to accept the challenges of physical and psychological changes, on the other hand, they have to deal with a series of problems in the process of socialization and self-identity, which will give them a sense of self. Self-consciousness and self-identity have a great influence, if not handled well, it is easy to produce inferiority complex. Among them, childhood traumatic experience may lead to the formation of wrong self-cognition and behavior patterns. At present, many literatures have shown that there is a certain relationship between childhood traumatic experience and inferiority complex, but few studies have explored and studied the relationship between the specific dimensions of childhood trauma and inferiority complex. This study investigated junior high school students with the scale of inferiority complex of middle school students and the scale of psychological trauma in children (CTQ-SF) to investigate the status quo of inferiority complex and the traumatic experiences of children and the difference in demographics between junior high school students and children. The relationship between inferiority complex and children's traumatic experience was discussed. At the same time, narrative orientation group counseling was used to interfere with a small number of junior middle school students with high score of trauma and inferiority complex. The results of this study are as follows: 1) the degree of childhood trauma experience of junior high school students from high to low is: emotional neglect dimension, physical neglect dimension, emotional abuse dimension. The degree of inferiority in junior high school students from high to low is: academic inferiority complex, personality inferiority complex, social inferiority complex. There are significant differences among different demographic variables in different dimensions of childhood trauma experience of junior high school students. (4) there are significant differences in different demographic variables in all dimensions of inferiority complex of junior high school students. There was a significant positive correlation between history and junior high school students' inferiority complex. (6) the group counseling with narrative orientation had good intervention effect on junior high school students' trauma.
