【摘要】：教育和民眾素質(zhì)是影響中國(guó)可持續(xù)健康發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)性因素。我們應(yīng)當(dāng)把"發(fā)展教育,增強(qiáng)國(guó)民素質(zhì)"作為第一國(guó)策、作為國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略,推動(dòng)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)向以國(guó)民素質(zhì)為基礎(chǔ)的發(fā)展軌道上來(lái)。其中,最重要的是通過(guò)教育使國(guó)民優(yōu)化、政府優(yōu)化、規(guī)則優(yōu)化,利用中國(guó)的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)優(yōu)勢(shì),創(chuàng)造便捷有效的農(nóng)村教育體系,為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)軌創(chuàng)造必要條件。
[Abstract]:Education and the quality of the people are the basic factors affecting the sustainable and healthy development of China. We should regard "developing education and enhancing the quality of the people" as the first national policy and a national strategy. Promoting the national economy to turn to the track of development based on the national quality. Among them, the most important thing is to optimize the people, optimize the government, optimize the rules through education, take advantage of China's Internet advantages, and create a convenient and effective rural education system. To create the necessary conditions for the transition of the national economy.
