【摘要】：差異是個性的基礎(chǔ),差異不僅是不同,而且包含著個性。差異及差異教育問題不僅是教育學(xué)的問題,也是社會學(xué)和政治學(xué)的問題。差異的存在和個性化的教育是建構(gòu)理想社會的教育基礎(chǔ)。教育不僅要包容個性的差異,更要包容所謂"好與壞"的差異,它使教育從另一角度思考"好教育"的可能性。無論是好或壞的差異都是洞察個性的起點,如果說"好"是一種榜樣,那么"壞"就是一種改變的可能性和個性教育的開始。教育要有尊重差異的信仰,但差異不應(yīng)成為教育的目標(biāo);教育應(yīng)處置好差異與平等的關(guān)系,不能讓差異成為不平等的理由;教育應(yīng)建立差異教育的原則,從包容差異走向創(chuàng)造個性的教育。
[Abstract]:Difference is the basis of personality, difference is not only different, but also contains personality. Difference and difference education are not only problems of pedagogy, It is also a problem of sociology and political science. The existence of differences and individualized education are the educational basis for building an ideal society. Education should not only contain differences in personality, but also the differences between "good and bad". It allows education to think about the possibility of "good education" from another perspective. Differences, good or bad, are the starting point for insight into personality, and if "good" is an example, Then "bad" is the possibility of change and the beginning of personality education. Education should have a belief that respects differences, but differences should not be the goal of education; education should deal with the relationship between difference and equality. Education should establish the principle of education of difference, from tolerance of difference to education of creating individuality.
