【摘要】：TALIS2013數(shù)據(jù)的分析結果顯示:受專業(yè)成長歷程和能力結構的影響,上海校長的日常工作時間分配與國際同行存在較大差異。同時,上海校長的日常工作時間分配存在重視課程和教學職責、重視行政和領導職責、重視社會交往職責等不同傾向性。這些傾向性與學校和校長的某些特征密切相關:在課程和教學事務中的充分投入,能夠使多數(shù)校長獲得較多的自我實現(xiàn);部分校長能夠從行政和領導事務中獲得工作滿足,因而愿意投入較多時間;新建學校和薄弱學校的校長更有可能與學生進行較多互動,缺乏與同事分享領導權的校長更有可能與家長進行較多互動,偏遠和落后社區(qū)中的學校校長更有可能與社區(qū)各界進行較多互動。對于校長時間的合理分配和利用的建議包括重視社會交往素養(yǎng)的提升,主動管理時間和制度化管理時間,重視單位時間效益,合理安排工作節(jié)奏和作息制度。
[Abstract]:The results of TALIS2013 data analysis show that due to the influence of professional growth and ability structure, the daily working hours of Shanghai principals are different from those of their international counterparts. The daily working hours of the school principal in Shanghai pay attention to curriculum and teaching duties, and to administrative and leadership duties. Pay attention to different tendencies such as social interaction duty. These tendencies are closely related to some characteristics of school and principal: the full input in curriculum and teaching affairs can make most principals obtain more self-realization; Some principals are willing to invest more time because of their job satisfaction from executive and leadership services; principals of new and weak schools are more likely to interact with students, Principals who do not share leadership with their colleagues are more likely to interact with parents, School principals in remote and backward communities are more likely to interact with all sectors of the community. Suggestions for rational allocation and utilization of principals' time include emphasis on the promotion of social communication literacy, active management of time and institutionalized management of time. Pay attention to unit time benefit, reasonable arrangement work rhythm and work and rest system.
