【摘要】：正《中共中央關(guān)于全面深化改革若干重大問題的決定》指出,"智庫是國家軟實(shí)力的重要組成部分,隨著形勢的發(fā)展,智庫的作用會(huì)越來越大",提出要"加強(qiáng)中國特色新型智庫建設(shè),建立健全決策咨詢制度"。智庫建設(shè)成為新常態(tài)下我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的一項(xiàng)重要策略。當(dāng)前,我國正處在全面建成小康社會(huì)的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期和深化改革開放、加快轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式的攻堅(jiān)時(shí)期。教育將成為民族凝聚力和創(chuàng)造力的重要源泉,成
