【摘要】：正回溯教育發(fā)展的歷史,可以發(fā)現(xiàn)教育過(guò)于追求整齊劃一、利益最大化以及強(qiáng)化分?jǐn)?shù)評(píng)價(jià),其后果是學(xué)生文化成績(jī)上去了,可生存能力卻下降了;知識(shí)掌握得多了,卻不知道如何與人相處了……面對(duì)這些現(xiàn)象或問(wèn)題,筆者認(rèn)為教育不應(yīng)該有那么多花哨的外表,而應(yīng)實(shí)實(shí)在在為學(xué)生的發(fā)展服務(wù)。當(dāng)然,這種服務(wù)與產(chǎn)業(yè)化的服務(wù)有著本質(zhì)的區(qū)別。在教育服務(wù)功能化具體踐行策略上,筆者認(rèn)為有
