【摘要】：在素質(zhì)教育深化改革的思維背景下,現(xiàn)代教育實現(xiàn)"一切為了學生發(fā)展"的核心理念需注重教育結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化。文章著眼于教育者"核心素養(yǎng)"培育,認清"核心素養(yǎng)"對教育結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化起到的作用,并就此擬定提升教育者"核心素養(yǎng)"的培育手段。對此,立足于體育教育的科學發(fā)展,認清現(xiàn)代教育體制下體育"核心素養(yǎng)"的內(nèi)涵,解讀體育教師發(fā)展"核心素養(yǎng)"的價值,從而構(gòu)建體育教師"核心素養(yǎng)"培育方案,有效提升體育教師的體育"核心素養(yǎng)"。
[Abstract]:Under the background of deepening the reform of quality-oriented education, the core idea of "all for the development of students" in modern education needs to pay attention to the optimization of educational structure. Recognizing the role of "core literacy" in the optimization of educational structure, and drawing up the cultivation means to enhance the "core literacy" of educators. In view of this, based on the scientific development of physical education, Understand the connotation of "core accomplishment" of physical education under modern educational system, interpret the value of developing "core accomplishment" of physical education teacher, thus construct the cultivation scheme of "core accomplishment" of physical education teacher, and effectively promote the "core accomplishment" of physical education teacher.
