【摘要】：提倡賦權教師參與學校運作和治理的教師領導力理論自上世紀80年代在美國提出后得到了迅速發(fā)展和廣泛認同。該理論引入國內(nèi)后,較普遍的認知是我國的骨干教師在事實上充當了該理論所定義的教師領導角色,但相關的實證研究尚付闕如。本研究通過實證調(diào)研嘗試揭示一線教師對骨干教師領導角色的認知情況。本研究發(fā)現(xiàn),從骨干教師扮演應然和實然的角度來看,他們和美國"教師領導"是類似的,但教師對骨干教師領導角色的認定也深受校長領導力和學校氛圍的影響。另外,一線教師對于"教師領導"這個稱謂并不滿意,故本研究提出用"領導型教師"作為具有領導力的教師在國內(nèi)的對應表述,以期引起大家對骨干教師領導力的關注。
[Abstract]:The theory of teacher leadership which advocates empowering teachers to participate in the operation and governance of schools has been developed rapidly and widely accepted since it was put forward in the United States in -20s. The more general cognition is that the backbone teachers in our country actually act as the leading role of teachers as defined by the theory. But the relevant empirical research is still lacking. This study attempts to reveal the front-line teachers' cognition of the leading role of the backbone teachers through empirical research. This study finds that the backbone teachers play the role of "should be" and "reality". They are similar to the "teacher leadership" in the United States, but teachers' recognition of the leading role of the backbone teachers is also influenced by the principal's leadership and the school atmosphere. First line teachers are not satisfied with the term "teacher leadership", so this study proposes to use "leadership teacher" as the corresponding expression of leadership teacher in China. With a view to attracting attention to the leadership of key teachers.
