【摘要】：社會心理學中的態(tài)度轉變理論與德育教育的主要基本要素之間存有內在的契合點,德育對象態(tài)度的轉變是德育教育成效的關鍵因素,其態(tài)度的改變主要是在溝通說服中完成的。本文運用態(tài)度轉變理論,提出德育對象態(tài)度的改變主要與德育者、德育信息和德育情境有關,要改變德育對象的態(tài)度,就要從這三個方面入手,通過有效的溝通,使德育信息真正內化成德育對象穩(wěn)定的價值體系,進而完成德育教育。
[Abstract]:There is an internal connection between the theory of attitude change in social psychology and the main basic elements of moral education. The change of attitude of moral education object is the key factor of the effectiveness of moral education, and the change of attitude is mainly completed in communication and persuasion. Based on the theory of attitude change, this paper puts forward that the change of attitude of moral education object is mainly related to moral educator, moral education information and moral education situation. in order to change the attitude of moral education object, it is necessary to change the attitude of moral education object from these three aspects, through effective communication, to make moral education information into a stable value system of moral education object, and then to complete moral education.
