教育均衡發(fā)展視角下我國城市基礎(chǔ)教育公平研究

【摘要】:百年大計,教育為本;A(chǔ)教育作為教育事業(yè)的起點(diǎn)對引領(lǐng)每個人的人生走向意義重大,它起著奠基的作用。在青少年心智都不成熟的時候,良好的基礎(chǔ)教育可以引領(lǐng)他們樹立積極向上的世界觀、人生觀,反之則會心存黑暗,甚至走上犯罪的道路。所以,基礎(chǔ)教育的研究意義重大,基礎(chǔ)教育中存在的問題不能不察。 本文以教育均衡發(fā)展為視角,,從長春市基礎(chǔ)教育公平狀況研究為出發(fā)點(diǎn),重點(diǎn)論述了我國城市基礎(chǔ)教育公平的現(xiàn)狀,以及發(fā)展過程中存在的不足及原因,又根據(jù)許多國內(nèi)外學(xué)者的研究為理論依據(jù),以部分城市治理教育不公的有效經(jīng)驗為參考進(jìn)一步針對相應(yīng)的問題提出了具體的對策。希望通過本文的研究,能夠?qū)﹂L春市的基礎(chǔ)教育工作提供一些有益的參考和幫助。 全文的結(jié)構(gòu)分為六個部分。首先是緒論部分,這里介紹了選題的背景、意義,國內(nèi)外研究綜述,研究的內(nèi)容方法,本文的創(chuàng)新和不足以及本文要解決的問題。第二部分介紹了教育均衡、教育公平和基礎(chǔ)教育的相關(guān)概念。第三部分闡述了我國城市基礎(chǔ)教育公平的現(xiàn)狀,重點(diǎn)以長春市的基礎(chǔ)教育情況為主要著力點(diǎn)。第四部分分析了我國基礎(chǔ)教育均衡發(fā)展過程中教育公平方面存在的不足及原因,主要從教育起點(diǎn)、教育過程、教育結(jié)果和教育資源四個方面進(jìn)行了闡述和分析,并分析了存在問題的原因。第五部分針對第四部分指出的教育不公及原因提出了解決問題的相應(yīng)對策。最后是全文的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:Education is the foundation of a hundred-year plan. As the starting point of education, basic education is of great significance to lead everyone's life trend, and it plays a fundamental role. When teenagers are mentally immature, good basic education can lead them to establish a positive world outlook and outlook on life, on the contrary, they will be dark and even embark on the road of crime. Therefore, the research of basic education is of great significance, and the problems existing in basic education can not be ignored. From the perspective of balanced development of education and from the research on the fairness of basic education in Changchun, this paper focuses on the present situation of fairness in urban basic education in China, as well as the shortcomings and reasons in the process of development. Based on the theoretical basis of many scholars at home and abroad, and taking the effective experience of some unfair urban governance education as a reference, this paper further puts forward some concrete countermeasures for the corresponding problems. It is hoped that through the study of this paper, it can provide some useful reference and help for the basic education work in Changchun. The structure of the full text is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction, which introduces the background, significance, research review at home and abroad, the content and methods of the research, the innovation and shortcomings of this paper, as well as the problems to be solved in this paper. The second part introduces the related concepts of educational balance, educational equity and basic education. The third part expounds the present situation of the fairness of urban basic education in China, with emphasis on the basic education in Changchun. The fourth part analyzes the shortcomings and causes of educational equity in the process of balanced development of basic education in China, mainly from four aspects: educational starting point, educational process, educational results and educational resources, and analyzes the causes of the existing problems. The fifth part puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve the problems according to the causes of education inequity pointed out in the fourth part. Finally, it is the conclusion of the full text.
