知識管理視角下的有效教學(xué)和教學(xué)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)

【摘要】:正【編者按】教學(xué)是學(xué)校的核心業(yè)務(wù),教師的教學(xué)專業(yè)發(fā)展有其自身的特點。始于2011年底的北京市順義區(qū)"有效教學(xué)及干部教師能力提升"項目從知識管理的視角出發(fā),將內(nèi)生的可持續(xù)發(fā)展的教學(xué)支持系統(tǒng)建設(shè)作為項目最終目標(biāo)。該項目針對教師和教學(xué)干部群體分別進(jìn)行了有效教學(xué)和教學(xué)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)方面的培訓(xùn)和改進(jìn)干預(yù)。在有效教學(xué)方面,以高認(rèn)知和高參與作為兩個基本維度,項目專家通過有效教學(xué)理念手冊幫助教師豐富了對于課堂教學(xué)的認(rèn)識,形成了新的教學(xué)觀念;教學(xué)診斷工
[Abstract]:Positive [editor's note] teaching is the core business of the school, and the development of teachers' teaching specialty has its own characteristics. From the perspective of knowledge management, the project "effective Teaching and ability improvement of cadres and Teachers" in Shunyi District of Beijing, which began at the end of 2011, takes the construction of teaching support system for sustainable development as the ultimate goal of the project. The project carries on the effective teaching and the teaching leadership training and the improvement intervention for the teacher and the teaching cadre group respectively. In the aspect of effective teaching, with high cognition and high participation as the two basic dimensions, the project experts help teachers enrich their understanding of classroom teaching and form a new teaching concept through the manual of effective teaching ideas.
