【摘要】：目的分析家庭環(huán)境、人格對大學(xué)生人際適應(yīng)性的影響,為提升大學(xué)生人際適應(yīng)性提供實證依據(jù)。方法采用家庭環(huán)境量表中文版(FES-CV)、艾森克人格問卷(EPQ)和大學(xué)生人際適應(yīng)性量表,對唐山市某綜合性大學(xué)4 494名大學(xué)生進行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果大學(xué)生人際適應(yīng)性各維度及總分與人格中的精神質(zhì)和神經(jīng)質(zhì)負(fù)相關(guān)(r值為-0.337~-0.050,P值均0.01),與內(nèi)外傾呈正相關(guān)(r值為0.101~0.546,P值均0.01)。大學(xué)生人際適應(yīng)性各維度及總分與家庭環(huán)境中的親密度、知識性和娛樂性均呈正相關(guān)(r值為0.128~0.382,P值均0.01),與矛盾性均呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r值為-0.228~-0.100,P值均0.01)。家庭環(huán)境的知識性、娛樂性、矛盾性和親密度,人格的內(nèi)外傾、神經(jīng)質(zhì)和精神質(zhì)均進入了對人際適應(yīng)性的回歸方程(P值均0.01)。中介效應(yīng)檢驗顯示,人格在家庭環(huán)境和人際適應(yīng)性之間起部分中介作用。結(jié)論大學(xué)生的家庭關(guān)系越親密,對外界的興趣和參與度越大,家庭矛盾越少,性格越外向,人際適應(yīng)性越好;家庭環(huán)境通過人格間接影響大學(xué)生的人際適應(yīng)性。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the influence of family environment and personality on interpersonal adaptability of college students, and to provide empirical basis for improving interpersonal adaptability of college students. Methods A total of 4 494 college students in a comprehensive university in Tangshan were investigated with the Chinese version of Family Environment scale (FES-CV), Eysenck Personality questionnaire (EPQ) and interpersonal adaptability scale.
