【摘要】：女碩士研究生的心理健康問題一直以來都沒有受到應(yīng)有的重視，甚至有人以為她們作為女青年中的精英，集開闊的視野、廣博的學(xué)識(shí)于一身，是不會(huì)有任何心理壓力的。而近幾年頻頻出現(xiàn)的女碩士研究生自殺事件，使人們的目光轉(zhuǎn)向這一被忽略的“精英”群體，女碩士研究生的心理壓力問題也引起了學(xué)術(shù)界的關(guān)注。 文章采用問卷調(diào)查法，對(duì)全國十所不同層次的高校女碩士研究生進(jìn)行了調(diào)查。問卷包括心理壓力來源、心理壓力應(yīng)對(duì)方式及壓力反應(yīng)特征三部分內(nèi)容。通過對(duì)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)的分析和整理，分析女碩士研究生心理壓力的現(xiàn)狀和影響因素，找到影響女碩士研究生心理壓力的原因，并借此提出緩解女碩士研究生心理壓力的方法與途徑。 文章共分為五個(gè)章節(jié)。第一章為導(dǎo)論，包括課題的來源及意義、文獻(xiàn)綜述、理論基礎(chǔ)、研究工具、方法和步驟，這一章為論文的基礎(chǔ)。第二章是對(duì)女碩士研究生心理壓力現(xiàn)狀的分析，包括心理壓力的整體表現(xiàn)與群體性差異兩部分。第三章分析了女碩士研究生的心理壓力反應(yīng)與壓力的應(yīng)對(duì)方式，，包括女碩士研究生壓力反應(yīng)的總體狀況和群體性差異；壓力應(yīng)對(duì)方式的整體狀況與群體性差異，心理壓力反應(yīng)與壓力源、應(yīng)對(duì)方式之間的相關(guān)關(guān)系三部分。第四章為女碩士研究生心理壓力的原因分析，根據(jù)對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)的分析與整理，將原因歸結(jié)為社會(huì)因素、學(xué)校因素、家庭因素和女碩士研究生自身因素四個(gè)方面。第五章為緩解女碩士研究生心理壓力的路徑探索，根據(jù)第四章中提出的影響女碩士研究生心理壓力的因素，文章也從社會(huì)、學(xué)校、家庭和女碩士研究生自身四個(gè)方面提出緩解對(duì)策，希望能夠?qū)徑馀T士研究生的心理壓力提供切實(shí)可行的辦法，為她們營造一個(gè)良好的心理環(huán)境，幫助她們順利完成學(xué)業(yè)。
[Abstract]:The mental health problems of female graduate students have not been paid much attention to, and some people even think that as the elite of young women, they will not have any psychological pressure if they have a wide range of knowledge and vision. In recent years, the suicide of female graduate students has caused people to turn their attention to this neglected "elite" group, and the psychological stress of female graduate students has also aroused the attention of the academic community. In this paper, ten different levels of female graduate students in colleges and universities in China have been investigated by means of questionnaire. The questionnaire consists of three parts: the source of psychological stress, the coping style of psychological stress and the characteristics of stress response. Through the analysis and arrangement of the survey data, this paper analyzes the present situation and the influencing factors of the psychological pressure of female graduate students, finds out the reasons influencing the psychological pressure of the female graduate students, and puts forward the ways and means to alleviate the psychological pressure of the female graduate students through the analysis and arrangement of the survey data. The article is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, including the source and significance of the subject, literature review, theoretical basis, research tools, methods and steps, this chapter is the basis of the paper. The second chapter is the analysis of the current situation of psychological stress of female graduate students, including the overall performance of psychological pressure and the differences between groups. The third chapter analyzes the psychological stress response and coping styles of female graduate students, including the overall situation and group differences of stress response of female graduate students. The overall situation and group difference of stress coping style, the relationship between psychological stress response and stress source, and coping style. The fourth chapter is the reason analysis of the psychological pressure of female graduate students. According to the analysis and arrangement of the data, the reasons can be summarized into four aspects: social factor, school factor, family factor and female graduate student's own factor. The fifth chapter is to explore the ways to alleviate the psychological pressure of female graduate students. According to the factors that affect the psychological pressure of female graduate students, the article also from the society, the school, The family and female graduate students themselves put forward countermeasures to alleviate the psychological pressure of female graduate students in order to provide a practical way to create a good psychological environment for them and help them to complete their studies successfully.
