【摘要】：為了提高學(xué)生的應(yīng)用能力和工作能力,筆者在通過對(duì)企業(yè)崗位調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,著手進(jìn)行了與傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)內(nèi)容相對(duì)應(yīng)的項(xiàng)目化教學(xué)內(nèi)容的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)施。項(xiàng)目式教學(xué)中教學(xué)內(nèi)容設(shè)計(jì)的容量大,課堂教學(xué)時(shí)間不能滿足教師在傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)模式下對(duì)每個(gè)項(xiàng)目涉及的所有知識(shí)點(diǎn)都講解。要在限定的課時(shí)內(nèi)完成項(xiàng)目式教學(xué)的教學(xué)任務(wù),從2013年開始,筆者將翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)模式引入了畜牧微生物學(xué)的實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué),通過兩輪的實(shí)踐,不但完成了教學(xué)任務(wù),學(xué)生的實(shí)踐能力、動(dòng)手能力和綜合運(yùn)用知識(shí)的能力得到顯著提高。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the students' ability of application and work, the author designs and implements the project-based teaching content corresponding to the traditional teaching content on the basis of the investigation of the post in the enterprise. Because of the large capacity of the content design in the project-based teaching, the classroom teaching time cannot satisfy the teachers' explanation of all the knowledge points involved in each project under the traditional teaching mode. In order to complete the teaching task of project-based teaching in the limited class time, the author introduced the flipping classroom teaching mode into the experimental teaching of animal husbandry microbiology from 2013, and not only completed the teaching task through two rounds of practice, but also completed the teaching task. Students' practical ability, hands-on ability and the ability of comprehensive application of knowledge have been significantly improved.
