美國(guó)辛辛那提社區(qū)學(xué)習(xí)中心研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前,我國(guó)正處于全面深化改革的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,東部發(fā)達(dá)城市最先興起一種廣受歡迎的社區(qū)學(xué)校,即社區(qū)“四點(diǎn)半學(xué)校”。因?yàn)槲覈?guó)放學(xué)后教育領(lǐng)域中的該類(lèi)學(xué)校尚處于探索發(fā)展的初級(jí)階段,所以,汲取美國(guó)發(fā)展社區(qū)學(xué)校的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)是有效地探索發(fā)展我國(guó)該類(lèi)學(xué)校的重要途徑,是豐富我國(guó)放學(xué)后教育的一種重要方法,是推進(jìn)我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)學(xué)校改革的有益嘗試,也是促進(jìn)我國(guó)教育改革發(fā)展的必要組成部分。 美國(guó)辛辛那提社區(qū)學(xué)習(xí)中心是促使辛辛那提學(xué)區(qū)公立學(xué)校成功的重要改革舉措,是美國(guó)一流社區(qū)學(xué)校的體現(xiàn)。美國(guó)辛辛那提社區(qū)學(xué)習(xí)中心是以公立中小學(xué)為樞紐的社區(qū)中心,通過(guò)學(xué)校與社區(qū)合作伙伴建立的各種伙伴關(guān)系在學(xué)校內(nèi)向所有學(xué)生、家庭和社區(qū)提供全天候服務(wù),這不僅促進(jìn)了學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展,,而且提高了家庭的生活質(zhì)量并促進(jìn)社區(qū)的振興。同時(shí),該類(lèi)社區(qū)學(xué)校也為美國(guó)發(fā)展學(xué)習(xí)化社會(huì)奠定更好的基礎(chǔ)。 本文采用的主要研究方法是文獻(xiàn)研究法、比較研究法、個(gè)案分析法和問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法。本文從美國(guó)辛辛那提社區(qū)學(xué)習(xí)中心的產(chǎn)生背景和發(fā)展歷程、外部環(huán)境及其作用、運(yùn)行及成效和特點(diǎn)及存在的問(wèn)題等方面對(duì)其展開(kāi)系統(tǒng)的論述。其中美國(guó)辛辛那提社區(qū)學(xué)習(xí)中心的外部環(huán)境及其作用和美國(guó)辛辛那提社區(qū)學(xué)習(xí)中心的運(yùn)行及成效是論文的重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容。對(duì)應(yīng)我國(guó)相關(guān)現(xiàn)狀,論文在最后一部分提出美國(guó)辛辛那提社區(qū)學(xué)習(xí)中心對(duì)我國(guó)的啟示。
[Abstract]:At present, China is in a critical period of deepening the reform in an all-round way, and a popular community school, that is, "04:30 School", is first sprung up in developed cities in the eastern part of China. Because such schools in the field of after-school education in China are still in the initial stage of exploration and development, learning from the relevant experience of developing community schools in the United States is an important way to effectively explore and develop such schools in China. It is an important method to enrich after-school education in our country, a beneficial attempt to promote the reform of traditional schools in our country, and an essential part of promoting the development of education reform in our country. Cincinnati Community Learning Center is an important reform measure to promote the success of public schools in Cincinnati School District. It is the embodiment of the first-class community schools in the United States. The Cincinnati Community Learning Center in the United States is a community centre centred around public primary and secondary schools that provides all students, families and communities with round-the-clock services within schools through various partnerships between schools and community partners. This not only promotes the overall development of students, but also improves the quality of life of the family and promotes the revitalization of the community. At the same time, such community schools also lay a better foundation for the development of a learning society in the United States. The main research methods used in this paper are literature research, comparative study, case analysis and questionnaire survey. This paper systematically discusses the background and development of Cincinnati Community Learning Center (Cincinnati) in the United States, the external environment and its function, the operation and effect, the characteristics and the problems existing in Cincinnati Community Learning Center (Cincinnati). The external environment and function of Cincinnati Community Learning Center and the operation and effectiveness of Cincinnati Community Learning Center are the main contents of this paper. In the last part of the thesis, the enlightenment of Cincinnati Community Learning Center to our country is put forward.
