大學(xué)新生心理問題的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查及影響因素分析——基于蚌埠學(xué)院新生UPI測試結(jié)果

【摘要】：目的:了解和掌握大學(xué)新生的心理問題現(xiàn)狀及相關(guān)影響因素,旨在為高校開展心理健康教育工作咨以參考和借鑒.方法:采用大學(xué)生人格問卷(UPI)對蚌埠學(xué)院4361名2013級新生進(jìn)行心理健康普查.結(jié)果:新生心理異常和篩查一類學(xué)生人數(shù)分別占總?cè)藬?shù)1.3%和4.8%,新生總體心理健康狀況良好,但仍有部分新生心理問題癥狀表現(xiàn)突出,其中女生心理問題顯著多于男生,農(nóng)村生源新生心理問題顯著多于城市生源新生.結(jié)論:家庭因素、學(xué)校教育、社會環(huán)境和個體因素是大學(xué)新生產(chǎn)生心理問題的主要影響因素,要幫助他們盡快適應(yīng)學(xué)校生活,需要幾個方面因素行成合力,共同探索提升大學(xué)新生心理健康水平的有效途徑.
[Abstract]:Aim: to understand and master the current situation of college freshmen's psychological problems and the related influencing factors in order to provide reference and reference for the development of mental health education in colleges and universities. Methods: the psychological health of 4361 freshmen of Bengbu University was investigated by using personality questionnaire (UPI). Results: mental abnormality and screening of freshmen accounted for 1.3% and 4.8% of the total number of students, respectively. The overall mental health of the freshmen was good, but some of the freshmen still had outstanding symptoms of psychological problems. The psychological problems of female students were significantly more than those of male students, and the mental problems of rural freshmen were significantly more than those of urban freshmen. Conclusion: family factors, school education, social environment and individual factors are the main influencing factors of mental problems in college freshmen. To help them adapt to school life as soon as possible, it is necessary to combine several factors. To explore the effective ways to improve the mental health level of freshmen.
