基于UAS關(guān)系互動(dòng)中的微型課題研究

【摘要】:"在關(guān)系中的互動(dòng)"是我們與鞍山市鐵東區(qū)山南小學(xué)二期合作的特征寫照。二期合作中,研究關(guān)系自然深化,推心置腹的生命對話已成為各方的交往常態(tài)。基于對微型課題研究主體遞進(jìn)式的推進(jìn)策略,出現(xiàn)了領(lǐng)頭羊帶動(dòng)下的更廣泛的參與之網(wǎng)。微型課題研究聚焦于課堂教學(xué)問題,這是一種極端樣態(tài),也是山南小學(xué)教師集體智慧的默契表達(dá)。對微型課題采取的管理方式,大學(xué)教師實(shí)現(xiàn)了從引領(lǐng)到喚醒的轉(zhuǎn)變,山南小學(xué)校長則采取了從管理到領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的文化浸潤。
[Abstract]:Interaction in the relationship is the characteristic of our cooperation with the second phase of Shannan Primary School in Tiedong District, Anshan City. In the second phase of cooperation, the research relationship naturally deepens and the intimate life dialogue has become the normal communication of all parties. Based on the progressive strategy of micro research subjects, a more extensive participation network led by leaders has emerged. The micro research focuses on classroom teaching, which is an extreme situation and a tacit expression of the collective wisdom of primary school teachers in Shannan. For the micro project, the university teachers have realized the change from leading to arousal, and the principal of Shannan Primary School has adopted the cultural infiltration from management to leadership.
