TFA、TF與特崗計劃:招募條件的比較與反思

【摘要】:我國從2006年開始啟動實施特崗計劃,已為農(nóng)村學校補充了35.6萬余名教師。特崗計劃政策實施效果總體良好,成為我國農(nóng)村教師補充的重要機制。其它國家也存在著一些有影響力的教師補充政策,例如美國的Teach for America計劃和英國的Teach First計劃。將招幕條件作為研究切入口,分析TFA、TF與特崗計劃對應聘人員要求的異同和特點,可以為特崗計劃招聘條件的完善提供借鑒,進而提高特崗教師隊伍的整體水平。
[Abstract]:Since 2006, China began to implement the special post program, which has added more than 356000 teachers to rural schools. The implementation effect of the special post plan policy is good, and it becomes an important mechanism to supplement the rural teachers in our country. Other countries also have influential teacher supplement policies, such as the Teach for America in the United States and the Teach First in the UK. This paper analyzes the similarities and differences between TFA,TF and the special post plan on the requirements of the candidates, which can provide a reference for the perfection of the recruitment conditions of the special post plan, and then improve the overall level of the special post teachers.
