新課程改革及素質(zhì)教育背景下地理教師素質(zhì)的研究

【摘要】:21世紀(jì),我國教育正由“應(yīng)試教育”向“素質(zhì)教育”轉(zhuǎn)變,新一輪的基礎(chǔ)教育課程改革也已全面展開,教師是實施素質(zhì)教育的主體,本次課改成功與否很大程度取決于教師及其素質(zhì)。 教師素質(zhì),是教師在教育教學(xué)活動中表現(xiàn)出來的、決定其教育教學(xué)效果,對學(xué)生身心發(fā)展有直接而顯著影響的各種品質(zhì)及應(yīng)用能力的總和。所以,教師素質(zhì)是一個整體性的概念,它是教師各種素養(yǎng)的集合體,應(yīng)該是不斷發(fā)展的。隨著素質(zhì)教育的繼續(xù)推進(jìn)及基礎(chǔ)教育課程改革的發(fā)展對中學(xué)地理教師的素質(zhì)提出了新的要求。目前中學(xué)地理教師隊伍的整體素質(zhì)現(xiàn)狀還不令人滿意,還不能適應(yīng)教育改革、素質(zhì)教育的需要。 本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料分析、問卷調(diào)查等方法,對國內(nèi)外地理教師的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,對新時代、新課程改革背景下中學(xué)地理教師的應(yīng)當(dāng)具備的新課程理念、知識結(jié)構(gòu)和基本能力等素質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了探討。 根據(jù)分析,本文還簡要地提出了中學(xué)地理教師素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的基本途徑。從職前培養(yǎng)(高校師范教育)和在職教育(繼續(xù)教育)兩個方面提出相關(guān)途徑以滿足21世紀(jì)對新型專業(yè)地理教師的需求。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, the education of our country is changing from "examination-oriented education" to "quality-oriented education", and the new round of basic education curriculum reform has also been carried out in an all-round way. Teachers are the main body of the implementation of quality education. The success of this curriculum reform depends to a large extent on the teachers and their quality. The quality of teachers is the sum of all kinds of qualities and applied abilities that teachers show in educational and teaching activities, determine their educational and teaching effects, and have a direct and significant impact on students' physical and mental development. Therefore, teacher quality is a holistic concept, it is a collection of teachers' various qualities, should be constantly developed. With the continuous promotion of quality education and the development of basic education curriculum reform, the quality of geography teachers in middle school has been put forward new requirements. At present, the overall quality of geography teachers in middle school is not satisfactory, and can not meet the needs of educational reform and quality education. By means of literature analysis and questionnaire survey, this paper analyzes the present situation of geography teachers at home and abroad, and probes into the new curriculum concept, knowledge structure and basic ability of middle school geography teachers in the new era and the background of new curriculum reform. According to the analysis, this paper also briefly puts forward the basic ways to cultivate the quality of geography teachers in middle school. This paper puts forward some relevant ways to meet the needs of new professional geography teachers in the 21st century from two aspects: pre-service training (normal education in colleges and universities) and in-service education (continuing education).
