青少年實踐智力的評估及其影響因素研究

【摘要】: 本研究的目的是在理論上構(gòu)建緘默知識的內(nèi)容結(jié)構(gòu),并據(jù)此編制相應(yīng)的緘默知識量表作為評估實踐智力的有效工具。在此基礎(chǔ)上探討青少年實踐智力發(fā)展與人口學(xué)變量、人格特質(zhì)等因素的關(guān)系。 第一章,回顧和總結(jié)了關(guān)于實踐智力理論,實踐智力理論的評估,以及實踐智力發(fā)展的影響因素等的研究。 第二章,分析以往關(guān)于實踐智力研究的不足,提出研究的總體構(gòu)想、內(nèi)容和假設(shè)。 第三章,在理論上構(gòu)建緘默知識的內(nèi)容結(jié)構(gòu),青少年緘默知識包括自我調(diào)節(jié)、自我發(fā)展、交往關(guān)系、管理關(guān)系、目標(biāo)管理和輔助工具六個維度。并據(jù)此初步編制了《青少年緘默知識問卷》作為評估實踐智力的工具,它包括青少年版和教師版,共10個問題情境,61個項目。研究表明該問卷具有較好的項目區(qū)分度、信度和效度。 第四章,采用自編的《青少年緘默知識問卷》,以廣州青少年為被試,測查性別、年齡和年級等因素對青少年實踐智力的影響。結(jié)果表明:1,青少年實踐智力在總體上,性別與年齡的交互作用、性別與年級的交互作用、年齡與年級的交互作用,以及性別、年級與年齡的交互作用都不顯著。2,青少年實踐智力在總體上性別差異顯著,女生的自我發(fā)展和管理關(guān)系兩個維度上的水平高于男生。3,青少年實踐智力的總體和各維度上年齡或年級差異都顯著,且水平隨著年齡或年級的增高而增高。 第五章,研究青少年將緘默知識與人格特質(zhì)的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明:1,青少年人格維度中的宜人性、開放性、外傾性和責(zé)任對實踐智力具有較大的影響:外傾性、開放性和宜人性與實踐智力水平正相關(guān),嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)性與實踐水平負(fù)相關(guān)。2,青少年實踐智力維度中的管理關(guān)系和目標(biāo)管理與人格相關(guān)最為密切。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to construct the content structure of tacit knowledge theoretically and to compile the corresponding tacit knowledge scale as an effective tool to evaluate practical intelligence. On this basis, the relationship between the development of adolescents' practical intelligence and demographic variables, personality traits and other factors is discussed. The first chapter reviews and summarizes the research on the theory of practical intelligence, the evaluation of the theory of practical intelligence, and the influencing factors of the development of practical intelligence. The second chapter analyzes the shortcomings of the previous researches on practical intelligence, and puts forward the general conception, content and hypothesis of the research. In the third chapter, we construct the content structure of tacit knowledge in theory. Adolescent tacit knowledge includes six dimensions: self-regulation, self-development, communication relationship, management relationship, goal management and auxiliary tools. Based on this, a questionnaire on adolescents' tacit knowledge is developed as a tool for evaluating practical intelligence. It includes juvenile version and teacher edition, with a total of 10 problem situations and 61 items. The research shows that the questionnaire has good item differentiation, reliability and validity. In the fourth chapter, we use the self-designed questionnaire to examine the influence of gender, age and grade on the practical intelligence of adolescents in Guangzhou. The results showed that: 1, the interaction between sex and age, sex and grade, age and grade, gender, grade and age were not significant in adolescents' practical intelligence. The level of female students' self-development and management relationship is higher than that of male students'. 3. The difference of adolescents' practical intelligence in the whole and in each dimension is significant, and the difference of age or grade is significant. And the level increases with age or grade. Chapter five studies the relationship between adolescents' tacit knowledge and personality traits. The results show that: 1, the personality dimension of adolescents has a greater impact on practical intelligence, namely, extroversion, openness, extroversion and responsibility: extroversion, openness and amenity are positively related to the level of practical intelligence. 2. In the dimension of practical intelligence, the relationship between management and goal management is most closely related to personality.
