合肥市和深圳市小學(xué)生抑郁癥狀及其影響因素比較

【摘要】:目的:比較合肥市和深圳市小學(xué)生抑郁癥狀流行狀況,探討不同地區(qū)小學(xué)生抑郁癥狀的影響因素。方法:采用兒童抑郁量表對兩市3224名小學(xué)生抑郁癥狀進(jìn)行評定,問卷調(diào)查小學(xué)生家庭、學(xué)校和同伴社會支持水平及一般人口學(xué)特征。結(jié)果:合肥市小學(xué)生抑郁癥狀檢出率為11.9%,高于深圳市的8.2%(χ2=10.37,P=0.001);合肥市、深圳市有抑郁癥狀小學(xué)生的社會支持各維度得分及總分均低于無抑郁癥狀小學(xué)生(合肥市有無抑郁癥狀小學(xué)生父母支持、學(xué)校支持、同伴支持得分及總分分別為3.6±1.6/5.0±0.9、2.1±0.9/2.6±0.8、3.2±1.5/4.4±1.0、8.9±2.9/12.0±1.8,均P0.001;深圳市有無抑郁癥狀小學(xué)生父母支持、學(xué)校支持、同伴支持得分及總分分別為3.4±1.8/4.9±0.7、2.2±1.2/2.9±0.8、3.4±1.5/4.4±0.9、9.0±2.7/12.3±1.6,均P0.001);合肥市小學(xué)生父母支持每增加1分可使抑郁癥狀發(fā)生的危險下降50%,學(xué)校支持與同伴支持得分每增加1分,小學(xué)生抑郁癥狀危險性可降低30%~40%;深圳市父母、學(xué)校和同伴支持得分每增加1分,小學(xué)生抑郁癥狀危險性可下降50%左右。結(jié)論:大約10%的小學(xué)生存在抑郁癥狀,改善小學(xué)生父母、學(xué)校和同伴支持,可望降低小學(xué)生抑郁癥狀發(fā)生的危險性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the prevalence of depressive symptoms among pupils in Hefei and Shenzhen, and to explore the influencing factors of depressive symptoms among pupils in different areas. Methods: 3224 pupils in the two cities were assessed with the Child Depression scale. The level of family, school and peer social support and general demographic characteristics of pupils were investigated. Results: the prevalence rate of depressive symptoms in primary school students in Hefei was 11.9, which was higher than that in Shenzhen (8.2%) (蠂 2 + 10.37%, P < 0.001). In Hefei, the scores and total scores of social support of pupils with depression symptoms were lower than those of pupils without depression symptoms. The peer support score and the total score were 3.6 鹵1.6 / 5.0 鹵0.9 鹵2.1 鹵0.9 / 2.6 鹵0.83.2. 鹵1.5 鹵1.5 鹵4.4 鹵1.0 鹵1.9 鹵8.9 鹵2.9 鹵12.0 鹵1.8, respectively (P 0.001). The scores of parents support, school support, peer support and total score were 3.4 鹵1.8 / 4.9 鹵0.7 鹵2.2 鹵1.2 鹵0.2 鹵0.8 鹵3.4 鹵1.5 / 4.4 鹵0.99.0 鹵2.7 / 12.3 鹵1.6, respectively. (P 0.001); The risk of depressive symptoms was decreased by 50 points for every increase of 1 score of parents' support in Hefei primary school students, and 1 point for school support and peer support, the risk of depression symptoms of primary school students could be reduced by 30% (40%). The risk of depressive symptoms of pupils decreased by about 50% for each additional score of parents, schools and peer support in Shenzhen. Conclusion: about 10% of the pupils have depression symptoms. Improving parents, schools and peer support can reduce the risk of depressive symptoms.
