【摘要】： “藝考熱”下,由不同的學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)因考入高校從事藝術(shù)類專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)的畢業(yè)生的擇業(yè)心理是千差萬別的。以往研究發(fā)現(xiàn),在擇業(yè)期間,一定程度的焦慮可以激發(fā)畢業(yè)生擇業(yè)的動(dòng)機(jī),增強(qiáng)畢業(yè)生主動(dòng)參與就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的積極性,有利于畢業(yè)生順利就業(yè),但過度的焦慮則會(huì)破壞畢業(yè)生的心理平衡,危害畢業(yè)生的身心健康,在擇業(yè)時(shí)產(chǎn)生退縮、逃避、艮懼,甚至失眠、精神抑郁等行為和心理病癥,會(huì)使畢業(yè)生失去應(yīng)有的判斷能力和自制能力,直接影響擇業(yè)的過程和結(jié)果。 通過文獻(xiàn)整理與分析,在借鑒前人相關(guān)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合開放式問卷和訪談結(jié)果,研究者根據(jù)問卷編制的原則及要求編制《高校畢業(yè)生擇業(yè)焦慮及原因調(diào)查問卷》。研究選取南京藝術(shù)學(xué)院、常州工學(xué)院等六所高校畢業(yè)生共計(jì)824名作為高校畢業(yè)生的代表,綜合調(diào)查分析高校藝術(shù)類畢業(yè)生的擇業(yè)焦慮狀況,在此基礎(chǔ)上,初步探討了高校藝術(shù)類畢業(yè)生擇業(yè)焦慮的影響因素及教育啟示。 通過綜合調(diào)查和數(shù)據(jù)分析,研究得出如下結(jié)論: (1)高校藝術(shù)類與非藝術(shù)類畢業(yè)生的擇業(yè)焦慮特質(zhì)水平存在差異,均顯著高于全國常模: (2)高校藝術(shù)類畢業(yè)生的擇業(yè)焦慮特點(diǎn)存在性別、家庭狀況、擇業(yè)階段等差異; (3)高校藝術(shù)類畢業(yè)生的擇業(yè)焦慮受到諸如個(gè)性因素、就業(yè)前景、社會(huì)支持、自信心、就業(yè)壓力等因素的影響。 由此,研究者提出緩減藝術(shù)類畢業(yè)生擇業(yè)焦慮,促進(jìn)藝術(shù)類畢業(yè)生充分就業(yè)的建議和舉措。
[Abstract]:Under the "craze of Art examination", the psychology of choosing a career for graduates who are admitted to art major by different learning motivation is very different. Previous studies have found that a certain degree of anxiety during the career selection period can stimulate the motivation of graduates to choose a job, enhance the enthusiasm of graduates to actively participate in the employment competition, and be conducive to the smooth employment of graduates. However, excessive anxiety can disrupt the psychological balance of graduates, endanger their physical and mental health, and produce behavior and psychological disorders such as withdrawal, escape, fear, even insomnia, mental depression, etc. It will make graduates lose their due judgment and self-control ability, and directly affect the process and result of career selection. On the basis of literature review and analysis, combined with the open questionnaire and interview results, the researcher compiled the questionnaire of career anxiety and reasons for College graduates according to the principles and requirements of the questionnaire. The study selected 824 graduates from six universities, such as Nanjing Art Institute and Changzhou Institute of Technology, as the representatives of college graduates, and comprehensively investigated and analyzed the situation of career anxiety of art graduates in colleges and universities, on the basis of which, This paper probes into the influencing factors of career anxiety of college art graduates and its educational enlightenment. Through comprehensive investigation and data analysis, the following conclusions are drawn: (1) there are differences in the level of job anxiety between college and non-art graduates. All of them were significantly higher than the national norm: (2) there were differences in the characteristics of career anxiety among college art graduates such as gender, family status, career selection stage and so on; (3) the anxiety of college art graduates is influenced by such factors as personality factors, employment prospects, social support, self-confidence, employment pressure and so on. Therefore, the researcher puts forward some suggestions and measures to alleviate the anxiety of art graduates in choosing jobs and to promote their full employment.
