H大學(xué)現(xiàn)代遠(yuǎn)程教育系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】: 我國(guó)普通高校現(xiàn)代遠(yuǎn)程教育發(fā)展中存在一起一落的巨大反差。對(duì)普通高校現(xiàn)代遠(yuǎn)程教育教育中存在問題的相關(guān)研究,到目前為止還只是停留于現(xiàn)象層面的具體問題的經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)和分析。以系統(tǒng)論為方法指導(dǎo)研究H大學(xué)現(xiàn)代遠(yuǎn)程教育個(gè)案具有較強(qiáng)的代表性、研究上的可行性和較強(qiáng)的理論研究?jī)r(jià)值和實(shí)踐意義。本研究試圖從遠(yuǎn)程教育的基本理論出發(fā),結(jié)合系統(tǒng)的理論方法,整合出一個(gè)現(xiàn)代遠(yuǎn)程教育系統(tǒng)的概念模型,以此為依托建立考察的基本框架,進(jìn)而考察H大學(xué)現(xiàn)代遠(yuǎn)程教育系統(tǒng),探尋存在的問題,進(jìn)而探討相關(guān)的解決辦法。 本研究在對(duì)H大學(xué)現(xiàn)代遠(yuǎn)程教育的組織管理子系統(tǒng)、傳播呈現(xiàn)子系統(tǒng)、媒體資源子系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)構(gòu)成進(jìn)行個(gè)案描述的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)系統(tǒng)從內(nèi)部關(guān)系(包括子系統(tǒng)及子系統(tǒng)之間的關(guān)系)和外部關(guān)系(包括系統(tǒng)與其他高,F(xiàn)代遠(yuǎn)程教育系統(tǒng)、社會(huì)企業(yè)界、政府部門的聯(lián)系)方面進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn):H大學(xué)現(xiàn)代遠(yuǎn)程教育系統(tǒng)是一個(gè)具有二個(gè)層級(jí)、經(jīng)歷了“一元——二元——一元”結(jié)構(gòu)演變的現(xiàn)代遠(yuǎn)程教育系統(tǒng),系統(tǒng)在內(nèi)部實(shí)行資源的共享而不共建,系統(tǒng)引入外部社會(huì)資源,但與其他高校遠(yuǎn)程教育系統(tǒng)之間缺乏聯(lián)系,在業(yè)內(nèi)呈現(xiàn)出相當(dāng)?shù)姆忾]性;這種現(xiàn)代遠(yuǎn)程教育系統(tǒng)的基本架構(gòu),存在的問題很明顯,一是二級(jí)架構(gòu)難以維持大規(guī)模辦學(xué),二是結(jié)構(gòu)二元化的后果嚴(yán)重,三是本部建設(shè)任務(wù)繁重,四是網(wǎng)絡(luò)帶寬資源緊張,五是引入的資源服務(wù)難以到位,六是校外學(xué)習(xí)中心的辦學(xué)效益存在問題。 建議根據(jù)現(xiàn)有的條件,對(duì)目前的系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行整合改造,以實(shí)現(xiàn)規(guī)模與質(zhì)量控制、系統(tǒng)建設(shè)與資源共享的多贏:一是對(duì)系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)有結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行調(diào)整,設(shè)立多個(gè)層次;二是加強(qiáng)與其他高校現(xiàn)代遠(yuǎn)程教育系統(tǒng)的聯(lián)系,實(shí)現(xiàn)直接或間接形式的資源共建共享;三是根據(jù)多層級(jí)的系統(tǒng)架構(gòu),建構(gòu)多層級(jí)的傳播呈現(xiàn)子系統(tǒng);四是加強(qiáng)與成熟的圖書發(fā)行系統(tǒng)的合作聯(lián)系,保證解決實(shí)物形態(tài)媒體資源的及時(shí)到位。
[Abstract]:There is a great contrast in the development of modern distance education in colleges and universities in China. Up to now, the research on the existing problems in modern distance education in colleges and universities is only a summary and analysis of the concrete problems at the phenomenon level. Under the guidance of system theory, the case study of modern distance education in H University has strong representativeness, feasibility, theoretical research value and practical significance. This study attempts to integrate a conceptual model of modern distance education system based on the basic theory of distance education and the theoretical method of the system. Then the modern distance education system of H University is investigated, the existing problems are explored, and the relevant solutions are discussed. Based on the case study of the organization and management subsystem, communication and presentation subsystem, media resource subsystem of modern distance education in H University, this study describes the case study. The system is analyzed from the aspects of internal relationship (including the relationship between subsystems and subsystems) and external relations (including the system and modern distance education system of other colleges and universities, social and business circles, government departments). It is found that the modern distance education system of H University is a modern distance education system which has two levels and has undergone the evolution of the structure of "univariate-dual-monistic". The system introduces the external social resources, but lacks the connection with the distance education system of other colleges and universities, so it is quite closed in the industry. The problems in the basic structure of this modern distance education system are obvious: first, it is difficult for the secondary structure to maintain large-scale running schools; second, the consequences of the dualization of the structure are serious; third, the construction task of this part is heavy; and fourth, the network bandwidth resources are tight. Fifth, the introduction of resources and services are difficult to achieve, and sixth, there are problems in the efficiency of the off-campus learning center. It is suggested that the current system should be integrated and reformed according to the existing conditions in order to achieve scale and quality control, system construction and resource sharing: first, adjust the existing structure of the system and set up multiple levels; The second is to strengthen the connection with the modern distance education system of other colleges and universities to realize the direct or indirect form of resources co-construction and share, the third is to construct a multi-level communication and presentation subsystem according to the multi-level system structure. The fourth is to strengthen the cooperation with the mature book distribution system to ensure the timely implementation of the physical form of media resources.
