大學(xué)生社會(huì)比較傾向、自我接納和抑郁關(guān)系研究

【摘要】: 社會(huì)比較是日常生活中非常普遍的現(xiàn)象,依據(jù)社會(huì)比較理論,人們具有評(píng)估自身能力和觀點(diǎn)的需求或驅(qū)力,而使用社會(huì)比較的頻率是有個(gè)體差異的,即人們的社會(huì)比較傾向是不同的。社會(huì)比較傾向高的個(gè)體往往對(duì)自己有更強(qiáng)烈的不確定感,自我接納程度低,而自我接納是預(yù)測(cè)抑郁的重要變量。本研究主要是在國(guó)外研究的理論基礎(chǔ)上,探討我國(guó)大學(xué)生社會(huì)比較傾向的特點(diǎn),以及與自我接納、抑郁之間的關(guān)系,為大學(xué)生形成合理的社會(huì)比較提供理論依據(jù)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)支持。 本研究以大學(xué)生為被試,運(yùn)用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法,采用社會(huì)比較傾向量表,自我接納問(wèn)卷,抑郁量表等研究工具,初步探討了大學(xué)生社會(huì)比較傾向與自我接納、抑郁之間的關(guān)系,研究結(jié)果顯示: (1)大學(xué)生觀念比較傾向顯著高于能力比較傾向,社會(huì)比較傾向在性別、年級(jí)、來(lái)源、專業(yè)上的差異均不顯著。大學(xué)生的自我接納水平顯著高于自我評(píng)價(jià)水平。性別、年級(jí)和來(lái)源三者對(duì)自我接納和抑郁的交互作用均顯著。大學(xué)生的抑郁存在性別差異。 (2)大學(xué)生社會(huì)比較傾向和自我接納顯著相關(guān);能力比較傾向能顯著預(yù)測(cè)自我接納:能力比較傾向有礙于個(gè)體的自我接納。 (3)大學(xué)生觀念比較傾向和能力比較傾向能顯著預(yù)測(cè)抑郁,但兩者作用方向相反:觀念比較傾向降低抑郁而能力比較傾向會(huì)加重抑郁。能力比較傾向和觀念比較傾向高度相關(guān),這樣觀念比較對(duì)抑郁的負(fù)向影響覆蓋了能力比較對(duì)抑郁的一部分正向作用。 (4)大學(xué)生自我接納和自我評(píng)價(jià)顯著影響抑郁;自我接納和自我評(píng)價(jià)水平越低,個(gè)體越容易抑郁。 (5)大學(xué)生的社會(huì)比較傾向不僅對(duì)抑郁具有直接影響作用,還可通過(guò)自我接納和自我評(píng)價(jià)間接影響抑郁:觀念比較傾向直接減輕抑郁情緒,能力比較傾向通過(guò)降低自我接納和自我評(píng)價(jià)間接加重抑郁情緒。
[Abstract]:Social comparison is a very common phenomenon in daily life. According to the theory of social comparison, people have the need or drive to evaluate their own ability and viewpoint, and the frequency of using social comparison is different. That is, people's social comparison tendency is different. Individuals with higher social tendency tend to have a stronger sense of uncertainty and low degree of self-acceptance, and self-acceptance is an important variable in predicting depression. The purpose of this study is to explore the characteristics of Chinese college students' social comparison tendency and their relationship with self-acceptance and depression on the basis of the theories of foreign studies, and to provide theoretical basis and empirical support for college students to form a reasonable social comparison. In this study, college students were chosen as subjects, and the social comparative tendency scale, self-acceptance questionnaire, depression scale and other research tools were used to explore the relationship between the social comparative tendency and self-acceptance and depression of college students. The results show that: (1) the tendency of college students' concept comparison is significantly higher than that of ability comparison, and the difference of social comparison tendency is not significant in gender, grade, source and specialty. The level of self-acceptance of college students was significantly higher than that of self-evaluation. The interaction of gender, grade and source on self-acceptance and depression was significant. There are gender differences in depression among college students. (2) the social comparative tendency of college students is significantly related to self-acceptance, and the ability comparative tendency can significantly predict self-acceptance: ability comparison tendency hinders individual self-acceptance. (3) Conceptual comparison tendency and ability comparison tendency of college students can predict depression significantly, but the direction of their action is opposite: concept comparison tends to reduce depression and ability comparison tendency will aggravate depression. The ability comparison tendency is highly correlated with the concept comparison tendency, so the negative influence of the concept comparison on depression covers a part of the positive effect of the ability comparison on the depression. (4) Self-acceptance and self-evaluation of college students significantly affected depression, and the lower the level of self-acceptance and self-evaluation, the more prone to depression. (5) the social comparative tendency of college students not only has direct influence on depression, but also indirectly affects depression through self-acceptance and self-evaluation. Ability comparison tends to indirectly exacerbate depression by reducing self-acceptance and self-evaluation.
