【摘要】：隨著我國行政管理體制改革的逐步推進(jìn),"辦好人民滿意的教育"目標(biāo)的提出,迫切要求我們建立完善地方政府教育管理公眾滿意度測(cè)評(píng)體系。從改進(jìn)公眾滿意度測(cè)評(píng)指標(biāo)體系、科學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)公眾滿意度測(cè)評(píng)問卷、完善公眾滿意度測(cè)評(píng)數(shù)據(jù)信息采集和處理等方面完善地方政府教育公眾滿意度測(cè)評(píng)流程,從建立健全測(cè)評(píng)機(jī)制、充分發(fā)揮電子政務(wù)的優(yōu)勢(shì)、大力發(fā)展專業(yè)性的社會(huì)中介組織、完善相關(guān)配套措施等路徑來實(shí)施地方政府教育管理公眾滿意度測(cè)評(píng),對(duì)于改善我國地方政府教育管理質(zhì)量、辦好人民滿意的教育具有十分重要的意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of administrative system reform in China, it is urgent for us to establish and improve the public satisfaction evaluation system of local government education management. Improve the public satisfaction evaluation index system, scientifically design the public satisfaction evaluation questionnaire, improve the public satisfaction evaluation data collection and processing, and improve the local government education public satisfaction evaluation process. From establishing and perfecting the evaluation mechanism, giving full play to the advantages of e-government, vigorously developing professional social intermediary organizations, perfecting the relevant supporting measures, and so on, to implement the public satisfaction evaluation of local government education management. It is of great significance for improving the quality of local government education management and running the education satisfied with the people.
