【摘要】： 在現(xiàn)有研究高度關(guān)注網(wǎng)絡(luò)使用與青少年心理健康關(guān)系的背景下,青少年所獲得的網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)支持對(duì)其心理健康的影響機(jī)制成為重要研究課題。 本研究以普通中學(xué)學(xué)生、大學(xué)生、職業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生為研究對(duì)象,用問(wèn)卷法、訪談法和內(nèi)容分析法探討了青少年網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)支持的心理結(jié)構(gòu),編制了青少年網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)支持問(wèn)卷。通過(guò)較大規(guī)模的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,分析了青少年網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)支持的現(xiàn)狀及特點(diǎn)。采用多組比較的方法,探討高網(wǎng)絡(luò)使用組和低網(wǎng)絡(luò)使用組青少年的網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)支持對(duì)其心理健康的影響機(jī)制,指明了高、低使用組中網(wǎng)絡(luò)使用非適應(yīng)性認(rèn)知在網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)支持對(duì)青少年心理健康影響中的中介作用;現(xiàn)實(shí)社會(huì)支持、自我同一性在網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)支持對(duì)青少年心理健康影響中的調(diào)節(jié)作用。預(yù)備研究和正式研究共涉及普通中學(xué)、大學(xué)、職業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生近4900人次,本研究的主要結(jié)論如下: 1、青少年網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)支持問(wèn)卷的編制 (1)青少年網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)支持是一個(gè)四維結(jié)構(gòu):由信息支持、友伴支持、情感支持、工具性支持組成。 (2)探索性因素和驗(yàn)證性因素分析表明,本研究編制的“青少年網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)支持問(wèn)卷”具有理想的信度與效度,符合心理測(cè)量學(xué)的技術(shù)要求,可作為進(jìn)一步研究的工具。 2、青少年網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)支持的特點(diǎn) 青少年網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)支持按得分高低依次是:信息支持、友伴支持、情感支持、工具性支持。青少年網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)支持在不同的學(xué)校類別之間存在顯著差異,普通中學(xué)學(xué)生得分較高;在大學(xué)生和職業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生中網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)支持存在顯著的年級(jí)差異;工具性支持上存在顯著的性別差異:隨使用次數(shù)和使用時(shí)間的增加,青少年網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)支持各維度得分呈遞增趨勢(shì)。 3、網(wǎng)絡(luò)使用非適應(yīng)性認(rèn)知在網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)支持對(duì)青少年心理健康影響過(guò)程中的中介作用 網(wǎng)絡(luò)使用非適應(yīng)性認(rèn)知在網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)支持影響青少年心理健康各變量的過(guò)程中起到中介作用。高、低使用組中,網(wǎng)絡(luò)使用非適應(yīng)性認(rèn)知在網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)支持與青少年心理健康各變量間的中介作用路徑無(wú)顯著差異,但其路徑系數(shù)存在顯著差異。 4、現(xiàn)實(shí)社會(huì)支持、自我同一性在網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)支持對(duì)青少年心理健康影響過(guò)程中的調(diào)節(jié)作用 (1)現(xiàn)實(shí)社會(huì)支持在網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)支持對(duì)一般生活滿意度、自尊、孤獨(dú)影響過(guò)程中的調(diào)節(jié)作用顯著。 ①高網(wǎng)絡(luò)使用組現(xiàn)實(shí)社會(huì)支持的調(diào)節(jié)作用主要體現(xiàn)在網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)支持對(duì)一般生活滿意度、自尊的影響過(guò)程中。 ②低網(wǎng)絡(luò)使用組現(xiàn)實(shí)社會(huì)支持的調(diào)節(jié)作用主要體現(xiàn)在網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)支持對(duì)孤獨(dú)的影響過(guò)程中。 ③在高網(wǎng)絡(luò)使用組和低網(wǎng)絡(luò)使用組,現(xiàn)實(shí)社會(huì)支持在網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)支持對(duì)一般生活滿意度、自尊、孤獨(dú)影響過(guò)程中的調(diào)節(jié)趨勢(shì)有顯著差異。 (2)自我同一性在網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)支持對(duì)自尊、孤獨(dú)影響過(guò)程中的調(diào)節(jié)作用顯著。 ①高網(wǎng)絡(luò)使用組自我同一性的調(diào)節(jié)作用主要體現(xiàn)在網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)支持對(duì)自尊、孤獨(dú)的影響過(guò)程中。 ②在高網(wǎng)絡(luò)使用組和低網(wǎng)絡(luò)使用組,自我同一性在網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)支持對(duì)自尊、孤獨(dú)影響過(guò)程中的調(diào)節(jié)趨勢(shì)有顯著差異。 在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)研究的創(chuàng)新、不足及需進(jìn)一步研究的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了反思,并提出了相關(guān)的教育建議。
