學(xué)校有效領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力:一種分布式領(lǐng)導(dǎo)實(shí)踐的視角

【摘要】:"分布式領(lǐng)導(dǎo)"這一術(shù)語(yǔ)產(chǎn)生于20世紀(jì)90年代中后期,它突破了單向的、靜態(tài)的、線性的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)觀念,從多向的、動(dòng)態(tài)的、流動(dòng)的角度再造了學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。從分布式領(lǐng)導(dǎo)實(shí)踐的視角考察學(xué)校有效領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力,可以理解為在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)中采用一種針對(duì)行為的方法,在結(jié)構(gòu)、狀態(tài)和設(shè)計(jì)方面。將校長(zhǎng)、教師和他們的狀態(tài)互動(dòng)的個(gè)體領(lǐng)導(dǎo)行為進(jìn)行集合,以促進(jìn)組織目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The term "distributed leadership" came into being in the middle and late 1990s. It breaks through the unidirectional, static and linear concept of leadership, reinventing school leaders from the perspective of multi-direction, dynamic and flowing. From the perspective of distributed leadership practice, it can be understood as adopting a behavior-oriented approach to leadership in terms of structure, state and design. The principals, teachers and their state of interaction of individual leadership behavior to promote the achievement of organizational goals.
