【摘要】：正義務教育已經(jīng)實至名歸基本走勢全部免費2007年春季開學,農(nóng)村義務教育階段的學雜費全部免除,惠及40多萬所農(nóng)村中小學校近1.5億名中小學生。2007年秋季開學,北京、山東等部分省、市又率先免除了城市義務教育階段學生的學雜費,分別覆蓋90萬名和170萬名城市中小學生。在許多城市,農(nóng)民工子女可以與城市孩子享受同等待遇。從全國來看,盡管城市義務教育全部免除學雜費還需要一個過程,但義務教育離實現(xiàn)全部免費那一天越來越近。
[Abstract]:Compulsory education has been fully recognized as free in the spring of 2007, and school fees for the compulsory education period in rural areas have all been waived, benefiting nearly 150 million primary and secondary school students in more than 400,000 rural primary and secondary schools. Shandong and other provinces, cities and other provinces, the first to waive the compulsory education stage of urban students' tuition fees, covering 900000 and 1.7 million urban primary and secondary school students respectively. In many cities, migrant children can enjoy the same treatment as urban children. From the national point of view, although it takes a process for urban compulsory education to be exempted from tuition and miscellaneous fees, compulsory education is getting closer and closer to the day when it is completely free.
