【摘要】：建立教師資格制度的初衷是提高教師的教育教學(xué)水平,然而如果這一制度過(guò)于統(tǒng)一、剛性、瑣碎,實(shí)施時(shí)過(guò)于機(jī)械化、技術(shù)化,則有可能妨礙教師的選拔和專業(yè)發(fā)展。本文針對(duì)教師工作的特點(diǎn),對(duì)當(dāng)前教師資格制度可能產(chǎn)生的不利影響進(jìn)行反思,提出我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段需要建立發(fā)展性的教師資格制度,以便更加開(kāi)放、靈活地甄別和培養(yǎng)教師,以達(dá)到最終提高教師教育教學(xué)水平的目的。
[Abstract]:The original intention of establishing teacher qualification system is to improve teachers' education and teaching level. However, if this system is too unified, rigid, trivial, mechanized and technologically implemented, it may hinder the selection and professional development of teachers. According to the characteristics of teachers' work, this paper reflects on the possible adverse effects of the current teacher qualification system, and points out that it is necessary to establish a developmental teacher qualification system in our country at the present stage in order to be more open and flexible in identifying and training teachers. In order to achieve the ultimate goal of improving the teaching level of teachers.
