上海市大學(xué)生生活方式對(duì)身心健康自評(píng)的回歸分析

【摘要】: 生活方式是人們生活過程中習(xí)慣化的行為狀態(tài),是人們生活活動(dòng)的總和。隨著社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型的不斷深化,大學(xué)生的生活方式也面臨激烈的現(xiàn)代化轉(zhuǎn)型,生活方式中現(xiàn)代元素的增多不斷地改變著大學(xué)生客觀層面的健康狀態(tài)及健康價(jià)值觀,現(xiàn)代生活方式的形成與變化受到個(gè)體所處的社會(huì)條件制約和影響的同時(shí),也有力地影響到大學(xué)生對(duì)于自身健康問題的態(tài)度和適應(yīng)性調(diào)整。 縱觀國內(nèi)外有關(guān)大學(xué)生生活方式與身心健康自評(píng)的相互關(guān)系方面的先期研究,都不同程度地從不同的視角詮釋了生活方式對(duì)身心健康自評(píng)的影響,解釋了健康在生理上、心理上和社會(huì)適應(yīng)方面完好的狀態(tài)特征,毫無疑問,前期研究為這一研究領(lǐng)域的進(jìn)一步拓展奠定了重要基礎(chǔ)。但同時(shí),我們也看到,由于生活方式與身心健康自評(píng)相互關(guān)系的復(fù)雜性,或者說,由于受到研究視角的單一和研究方法相對(duì)簡單的牽制,研究的深度還沒能達(dá)到應(yīng)能達(dá)到的預(yù)設(shè)理想高度。人們常會(huì)關(guān)注的問題是:生活方式多大程度上影響了身心健康自評(píng)水平?或者說,各種生活方式是如何影響了身心健康的自評(píng)?等等的問題還有待進(jìn)一步的研究探索。我們?cè)O(shè)想,由于大學(xué)生生存的社會(huì)環(huán)境與自然環(huán)境的差異性,大學(xué)生適應(yīng)外界環(huán)境的過程也會(huì)存在明顯的差異,其中就包括客觀層面的身體健康狀態(tài)、心理層面的態(tài)度和認(rèn)知、以及社會(huì)層面的健康價(jià)值觀與行為方式。生活方式是多元多層次的,因而生活方式對(duì)身心健康自評(píng)的影響也應(yīng)是多元多層次的,某種生活方式可能在一定的環(huán)境條件下會(huì)對(duì)身心健康自評(píng)產(chǎn)生顯著作用,但更多的情況是,交互影響的生活方式才會(huì)更深刻地影響到大學(xué)生的健康價(jià)值觀及其行為方式;谶@一認(rèn)識(shí),本研究將身心健康自評(píng)的復(fù)雜過程置于交互作用影響下的生活方式之中加以考量,通過多變量回歸分析的方法,從一個(gè)非常復(fù)雜的交互影響的動(dòng)態(tài)變化過程中,深層次探索上海市大學(xué)生生活方式與身心健康自評(píng)的關(guān)系,并說明大學(xué)生生活方式的各因素對(duì)身心健康自評(píng)的影響?梢哉J(rèn)為,研究結(jié)果對(duì)于啟發(fā)大學(xué)生形成積極的均衡生活方式及培養(yǎng)以身心完好為基礎(chǔ)的可持續(xù)整體健康為理念的現(xiàn)代生活意識(shí)具有前瞻性的啟迪意義。 研究結(jié)論如下: 1.本研究采用的自變量(生活方式)和因變量(身心健康自評(píng))的測試量表具有高度顯著的區(qū)分效度,多元線性逐步回歸方程的分析證實(shí)自變量與因變量有顯著的線性關(guān)系,對(duì)大學(xué)生身心健康自評(píng)有十分良好的解釋能力。 2.包括鍛煉時(shí)間、周鍛煉次數(shù)、疲勞程度、用餐時(shí)間、早餐缺食、睡眠充足度、睡眠平均時(shí)間、睡眠深淺、起床障礙、休閑生活規(guī)律、上網(wǎng)電視等因素在內(nèi)的大學(xué)生生活方式對(duì)身心健康自評(píng)有顯著的影響。其中身體鍛煉對(duì)身心健康自評(píng)的影響權(quán)重最大,這種影響主要來自于鍛煉時(shí)間的長短和每周鍛煉次數(shù)的多少,而隨著鍛煉疲勞程度的加大身心健康自評(píng)水平降低的趨勢十分明顯。 3.良好生活方式對(duì)大學(xué)生的身心健康自評(píng)的提高有積極的影響,具有較高睡眠質(zhì)量、有規(guī)律的休閑娛樂生活,良好的飲食習(xí)慣的大學(xué)生對(duì)自身的身心健康的評(píng)價(jià)水平就越高。而生活無規(guī)律、就餐時(shí)間無保證、經(jīng)常不吃早餐,睡眠時(shí)間少,經(jīng)常失眠、起床無精神,過度上網(wǎng)游戲看電視等都可能加大大學(xué)生身心健康和自我評(píng)價(jià)低下的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。 4.性別因素在大學(xué)生生活方式與身心健康自評(píng)之間的差異具有較高的顯著性意義,即大學(xué)女生的健康自評(píng)水平要明顯高于男大學(xué)生,表明大學(xué)女生與男生的生活方式可能有較明顯的不同。 5.在單因素相關(guān)分析中呈現(xiàn)出顯著高相關(guān)的變量,在回歸分析模型并不一定呈現(xiàn)出顯著的相關(guān)性。其原因在于單因素的相關(guān)分析是在控制了其它變量的前提下進(jìn)行的,而逐步多元線性回歸分析中各變量與健康自評(píng)完好的相關(guān)關(guān)系是在各變量交互影響下出現(xiàn)的結(jié)果,但這一情況也不能排除在有新的變量進(jìn)一步引入的情況下出現(xiàn)新的變化的可能性。 6.各種生活方式都會(huì)從積極或消極意義上影響身心健康自評(píng),學(xué)校應(yīng)根據(jù)大學(xué)生的身心特點(diǎn)和行為習(xí)慣,引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生避免某些不良生活方式給身心健康可能帶來的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),啟發(fā)大學(xué)生形成積極的均衡生活方式和培養(yǎng)以身心完好為基礎(chǔ)的可持續(xù)整體健康為理念的現(xiàn)代生活意識(shí)。 7.充分利用身體鍛煉在促進(jìn)身心健康方面的重要導(dǎo)向作用,大力拓展大學(xué)生課外體育的活動(dòng)空間,把體育課堂教學(xué)的成果向課外活動(dòng)領(lǐng)域延伸,形成課內(nèi)課外良性互動(dòng)的體育生活方式。 8.牢固樹立“健康第一”的指導(dǎo)思想。體育教學(xué)改革不能只局限于課堂和書本,要向社會(huì)開放,充分調(diào)動(dòng)和發(fā)揮社會(huì)、大自然對(duì)學(xué)校體育的影響和作用,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的社會(huì)適應(yīng)力,形成正確的體育健身意識(shí)和終身體育思想,營造良好教育空間和氛圍,從而使大學(xué)生形成一種積極向上的體育生活方式。
[Abstract]:The mode of life is the habit of people ' s life , and is the sum of people ' s living activities . Along with the deepening of social transformation , the life style of college students also faces fierce modernization transformation , the increase of modern elements in the way of life constantly changes the healthy state and health value of college students ' objective level , the formation and change of modern life style are restricted and influenced by the social conditions of the individual , and the attitude and adaptability of college students to their own health problems are also strongly influenced .



This paper discusses the influence of life style on the self - assessment of physical and mental health , and explains the influence of life style on the self - assessment of physical and mental health .



The conclusions are as follows :



1 . The self - variable ( life style ) and the factorial ( physical and mental health self - assessment ) test scale adopted in this study have a highly significant degree of differentiation , and the analysis of multivariate linear regression equation demonstrates that there is a significant linear relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable , and has a very good explanation ability for the self - assessment of physical and mental health of college students .



2 . There were significant effects on physical and mental health of college students including exercise time , weekly exercise frequency , fatigue degree , meal time , breakfast lack , sleep adequacy , sleep average time , sleep depth , wake - up disorder , leisure life rule , Internet TV and so on .



3 . The good way of life has positive influence on the self - assessment of physical and mental health of college students . The higher the quality of sleep , regular leisure and entertainment life , and good eating habits , the higher the evaluation level of the physical and mental health of college students .



4 . The difference of gender factor between college students ' life style and physical and mental health self - assessment has higher significance , that is , the level of self - assessment of college female students is obviously higher than that of male college students , which shows that the way of life of college girls and boys may be significantly different .



5 . In the analysis of single factor correlation analysis , there is no significant correlation between regression analysis models . The reason is that the correlation analysis of single factor is carried out on the premise of controlling other variables , and the correlation between variables and health self - evaluation is the result of the interaction of variables . However , this situation cannot exclude the possibility of new changes in the case of further introduction of new variables .



6 . All kinds of life styles affect the self - assessment of physical and mental health from positive or negative meaning , and the school should guide university students to avoid the risks of physical and mental health according to the physical and psychological characteristics and behavior habits of college students , and inspire college students to form a positive balanced life style and cultivate modern life consciousness based on physical and mental integrity .



7 . Make full use of the important guiding role of physical exercise in promoting physical and mental health , vigorously expand the activity space of college students ' extra - curricular sports , extend the results of physical education classroom teaching to the field of extracurricular activities , and form a healthy and interactive sports lifestyle in class .



8 . The guiding ideology of " health first " should be firmly established . The reform of physical education should not be limited to classroom and book . To open up the society , fully mobilize and play the role of society and nature on the school physical education , cultivate the students ' social adaptability , form the correct physical fitness consciousness and lifelong physical education thought , create a good educational space and atmosphere , thus make the college students form a positive physical lifestyle .
