【摘要】：正一、工程概況重大主教學(xué)樓工程位于重慶大學(xué)A區(qū)校園內(nèi),是一座集教學(xué)、科研、辦公為一體的綜合性公共建筑,是教育部國(guó)債投資項(xiàng)目的重點(diǎn)工程,是重慶大學(xué)現(xiàn)代教育的標(biāo)志性建筑。總投資1.8億元,占地面積12000m2,總建筑面積70032m2,容積率:2.16%,綠化率:38.5%。
[Abstract]:First, the major teaching building project of Chongqing University is a comprehensive public building with teaching, scientific research and office as an integral whole. It is the key project of the national debt investment project of the Ministry of Education. Chongqing University is the symbol of modern education. The total investment is 180 million yuan, covering an area of 12,000 m2, total building area 70032 m2, the volume ratio of: 2.16%, green rate of 38.5%.
