現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)在小學(xué)英語教學(xué)應(yīng)用績效研究

【摘要】: 現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)應(yīng)用于英語教學(xué)的最終目的是要提高教學(xué)效果和效率,而非像人們誤認(rèn)為的那樣只要運(yùn)用了教育技術(shù),就一定能夠促進(jìn)教學(xué),F(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)在英語教學(xué)應(yīng)用效果不好,教學(xué)質(zhì)量下降的原因是錯綜復(fù)雜,我們不應(yīng)該僅尋求一種簡單的因果關(guān)系,認(rèn)為是教師、學(xué)生或教育技術(shù)單方面出了問題,相反,我們應(yīng)該借鑒績效技術(shù)中強(qiáng)調(diào)問題解決的系統(tǒng)這一特點(diǎn)解決:首先要從績效差距入手,對教學(xué)的目前狀態(tài)與所期望達(dá)到的狀況之間的差距進(jìn)行分析,然后從系統(tǒng)思維方式對產(chǎn)生這一差距的原因進(jìn)行分析,綜合考慮其他要素,對產(chǎn)生問題的原因進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的分析,我們才有可能找到尋找相應(yīng)的解決問題的干預(yù)措施,根據(jù)實(shí)施的結(jié)果不斷進(jìn)行評價、修正,真正把績效差距縮到最小,達(dá)到解決問題的目的。 本文力圖基于文獻(xiàn)調(diào)研、調(diào)查問卷、行動研究等研究方法,利用筆者所在學(xué),F(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)與英語教學(xué)整合的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和實(shí)踐研究條件的優(yōu)勢,進(jìn)行現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)在小學(xué)英語教學(xué)應(yīng)用的績效研究,促進(jìn)小學(xué)英語教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量的提升。以績效技術(shù)理論為基礎(chǔ),根據(jù)小學(xué)英語課程的特點(diǎn),結(jié)合現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)在小學(xué)英語應(yīng)用的教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀,對影響現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)在課堂教學(xué)應(yīng)用的績效因素進(jìn)行分析,提出干預(yù)措施。筆者與英語教師一起合作設(shè)計(jì)教學(xué)案例,經(jīng)過一年的教學(xué)實(shí)踐探索,通過學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)成績和調(diào)查問卷結(jié)果來評價教學(xué)績效,結(jié)果表明利用績效技術(shù)提高現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)在英語教學(xué)應(yīng)用,學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)成績和學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度明顯提高。
[Abstract]:The ultimate goal of applying modern educational technology to English teaching is to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of teaching, rather than to use educational technology, as people mistakenly think, The application of modern educational technology in English teaching is not good, and the reason for the decline in teaching quality is complicated. We should not just seek a simple causal relationship, that is, teachers. Students or educational technology have problems unilaterally, on the contrary, we should learn from the performance technology emphasis on problem-solving system to solve the problem: first of all, we should start with the performance gap. This paper analyzes the gap between the current state of teaching and the expected situation, and then analyzes the causes of the gap from the mode of systematic thinking, and synthetically considers other elements, and makes a systematic analysis of the causes of the problems. Only then can we find out the corresponding intervention measures to solve the problem, according to the implementation of the results of continuous evaluation, correction, truly reduce the performance gap to the minimum, to achieve the goal of solving the problem. Based on the research methods of literature investigation, questionnaire and action research, this paper tries to make use of the experience and practical research conditions of integrating modern educational technology and English teaching in my school. In order to promote the quality of English teaching in primary school, the performance study of the application of modern educational technology in primary English teaching is carried out. Based on the theory of performance technology, according to the characteristics of English curriculum in primary school, Combined with the present situation of the application of modern educational technology in English teaching in primary schools, this paper analyzes the factors affecting the performance of the application of modern educational technology in classroom teaching, and puts forward some intervention measures. After one year's teaching practice, the students' learning achievement and the results of the questionnaire are used to evaluate the teaching performance. The results show that the performance technology is used to improve the application of modern educational technology in English teaching. Students' academic achievement and attitude have improved significantly.
