【摘要】:正在日常教學(xué)中,教師越是重視自己的學(xué)習(xí)和發(fā)展,其視野就越開闊,思想境界就越高,敬業(yè)精神就越強(qiáng),教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量就越高。這個(gè)道理很簡(jiǎn)單,可是我們的一些教師剛參加工作時(shí)還激情滿懷,但一段時(shí)間后就開始用"今天"來重復(fù)"昨天",在日復(fù)一日
[Abstract]:In daily teaching, the more teachers attach importance to their own study and development, the wider their horizons will be, the higher their ideological realm will be, the stronger their professionalism will be, and the higher their quality of education and teaching will be. This principle is very simple. But some of our teachers were passionate when they first started working, but after a while they started repeating "yesterday" with "today," day after day.
