失業(yè)人員子女教育邊緣化問(wèn)題研究

【摘要】: 在中國(guó)從傳統(tǒng)社會(huì)向現(xiàn)代社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期,由于社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的重構(gòu),使得大量城市就業(yè)人員從原國(guó)有、集體企業(yè)中分離出來(lái),失去了原單位穩(wěn)定的收入、相對(duì)優(yōu)厚的福利待遇以及各種保障,而處于失業(yè)狀態(tài)。由于失業(yè)人員所具有的獨(dú)特特征及其所處的社會(huì)環(huán)境,其子女受教育狀況呈現(xiàn)出邊緣化趨勢(shì)。 本文擬立足社會(huì)公正理論的視角,對(duì)失業(yè)人員子女教育狀況進(jìn)行分析,并探討失業(yè)人員子女教育邊緣化的深層結(jié)構(gòu)性原因,從而針對(duì)如何解決失業(yè)人員子女教育問(wèn)題提出一些建議,為失業(yè)人員子女教育相關(guān)政策的制定提供實(shí)證數(shù)據(jù)和理論支持。 本文把失業(yè)人員子女教育狀況分解為教育資源獲取狀況、教育人際環(huán)境、教育效果、與較高階層子女受教育水平差距等四個(gè)方面,同時(shí)對(duì)影響失業(yè)人員子女教育因素提出了“教育支持”的概念,并把它分解為經(jīng)濟(jì)支持、教育態(tài)度、社會(huì)關(guān)系、政策支持等四個(gè)方面,然后提出四個(gè)研究假設(shè):1、失業(yè)人員子女只能獲取較少的教育資源;2、失業(yè)人員子女教育環(huán)境欠佳,社會(huì)支持力度不夠;3、失業(yè)人員子女受教育效果差;4、與社會(huì)較高階層子女受教育水平差距較大,呈現(xiàn)出邊緣化趨勢(shì) 研究結(jié)果表明:失業(yè)人員子女獲取的教育資源較少、質(zhì)量不高;失業(yè)人員子女在接受教育的過(guò)程當(dāng)中并沒(méi)有普遍受到學(xué)校老師的歧視和同學(xué)的不友好對(duì)待,社會(huì)支持力度正在逐步加大;失業(yè)人員子女受教育效果欠;失業(yè)人員子女與社會(huì)較高階層子女的受教育水平差距較大,呈現(xiàn)現(xiàn)出邊緣化趨勢(shì)。 本文最后進(jìn)行了幾點(diǎn)探討:一是提升失業(yè)人員的人力資本和社會(huì)資本,為子女教育提供經(jīng)濟(jì)保障:二是消除社會(huì)排斥,構(gòu)建和諧的教育人際環(huán)境;三是加大政府支持力度,確保失業(yè)人員子女受教育的公平公正性
[Abstract]:In the period of China's transition from traditional society to modern society, because of the reconstruction of social economic structure, a large number of urban employment personnel were separated from the former state-owned and collective enterprises, and lost the stable income of the original unit. Due to the unique characteristics of the unemployed and their social environment, the educational status of their children shows a trend of marginalization. Based on the theory of social justice, this paper analyzes the educational situation of the children of the unemployed, and probes into the deep structural causes of the marginalization of the education of the children of the unemployed. Therefore, some suggestions on how to solve the problem of children's education of unemployed persons are put forward, which can provide empirical data and theoretical support for the formulation of policies related to the education of children of unemployed persons. In this paper, the educational situation of the children of the unemployed is divided into four aspects: the situation of obtaining educational resources, the educational interpersonal environment, the educational effect, and the difference between the education level of the children of the higher class and that of the higher class. At the same time, it puts forward the concept of "educational support" for the children of unemployed people, and divides it into four aspects: economic support, educational attitude, social relations and policy support. Then four research hypotheses: 1: 1, the children of unemployed people can only get less educational resources; (2) the educational environment of the children of the unemployed is poor, and the social support is not enough; (3) the children of the unemployed have poor educational effect; 4. There is a big gap between the education level of children of higher social class and that of children of higher social class, showing a tendency of marginalization. The results show that: the children of unemployed people have less educational resources and the quality is not high; In the process of receiving education, the children of unemployed persons are not generally discriminated against by school teachers and treated unkindly by their classmates, and the social support is gradually increasing. The education effect of the children of unemployed persons is not enough; The gap between the education level of the children of the unemployed and the children of the higher social class is large, showing a trend of marginalization. At the end of this paper, several points are discussed: first, to promote the human capital and social capital of the unemployed, to provide economic security for children's education; second, to eliminate social exclusion and build a harmonious interpersonal environment of education; Third, increase government support to ensure fairness and fairness in the education of the children of the unemployed
