【摘要】： 我國教師在做學(xué)生工作時(shí)會(huì)使用兩種不同的教育手段:一種是剛性的管理,一種是在方向和方法上給予建議的指導(dǎo)。然而,后一種做法在大陸的教育理論中卻鮮有論述。大多數(shù)情況下,它和前者被籠統(tǒng)地歸于同一概念下——“德育工作”。學(xué)生指導(dǎo)本應(yīng)占有如何地位,在我國為何沒有概念化呢? 為了回答上述問題,本文對(duì)指導(dǎo)實(shí)踐的發(fā)展歷史和指導(dǎo)在教育理論中的地位進(jìn)行了考查。通過對(duì)歷史的探究,發(fā)現(xiàn)最初的教育就是指導(dǎo)。隨著課程的出現(xiàn),指導(dǎo)成為教學(xué)職能的有益補(bǔ)充。后來青少年成長中的問題逐漸增多,推動(dòng)了概念化的現(xiàn)代指導(dǎo)的出現(xiàn)。現(xiàn)代指導(dǎo)的含義和實(shí)施方式也經(jīng)歷了系列變化,最終成為學(xué)校教育不可或缺的組成部分。所以,從指導(dǎo)實(shí)踐的發(fā)展歷程來看,指導(dǎo)從來都是教育的職能。通過對(duì)“教育目的—手段框架”中目的和手段關(guān)系的探究,發(fā)現(xiàn)指導(dǎo)是教育手段之一,致力于每一個(gè)教育目的的實(shí)現(xiàn)。所以,從對(duì)教育理論的分析來看,指導(dǎo)應(yīng)該成為一種重要的教育手段。 然而,雖然我國大陸的學(xué)校教育中存在大量的指導(dǎo),卻遇到無法概念化的困境。原因在于大陸教育中“目的—手段框架”的混亂,其典型代表是將作為教育目的的道德教育當(dāng)作一項(xiàng)工作來實(shí)施�！暗掠ぷ鳌钡奶岱ú粌H擠占了學(xué)生指導(dǎo)的空間,而且模糊了指導(dǎo)和管理的區(qū)別,從而造成教育實(shí)踐中分工不明、管理過重的問題。要使學(xué)生指導(dǎo)走出困境,就需要再次明晰教育目的和手段各自的位置,并限定各種教育手段的界線。在實(shí)際操作過程中,需要建立指導(dǎo)制度、組織,明確指導(dǎo)責(zé)任,培養(yǎng)教師的指導(dǎo)意識(shí)。

Through the research on the relationship between the purpose and means of education purpose means framework ", find guidance is one of the means of education, in order to achieve every educational purpose. However, although the school education in our country, there are a lot of guidance, but cannot meet the conceptual difficulties. The reason is that the mainland education "purpose means framework" is the typical representative of the chaos, as the purpose of education and moral education as a work to implement.
