【摘要】： 近年來,網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)飛速發(fā)展,網(wǎng)絡(luò)的應(yīng)用已經(jīng)滲透到社會的各個領(lǐng)域。網(wǎng)絡(luò)使用方面的心理學(xué)研究因此也成為國外近年來心理學(xué)研究的熱點問題之一。許多相關(guān)研究指出,網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮將給網(wǎng)絡(luò)用戶造成工作、學(xué)習(xí)、家庭上一系列消極影響。作為網(wǎng)絡(luò)使用主體的大學(xué)生,他們的網(wǎng)絡(luò)使用行為及網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮狀況引人關(guān)注。這對心理學(xué)工作者提出了新的研究課題,即如何幫助網(wǎng)絡(luò)用戶,特別是青年用戶培養(yǎng)健康的網(wǎng)絡(luò)使用行為,使網(wǎng)絡(luò)成為促進個體成長和發(fā)展和諧健康社會關(guān)系的工具。 本文采用大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)使用狀況調(diào)查問卷、網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮問卷、內(nèi)在—外在心理控制源量表、UCLA孤獨感量表,通過對618名大學(xué)調(diào)查研究,獲得以下結(jié)論: (1)大學(xué)生平均網(wǎng)齡在3年左右,每周上網(wǎng)時間偏多;上網(wǎng)主要目的是網(wǎng)絡(luò)聊天、信息查詢和游戲娛樂;在網(wǎng)絡(luò)使用上存在著性別、生源地、專業(yè)和年級之間的差異;(2)存在一定比例的重度網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮和網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮傾向者;成癮者存在著性別和獨生與否的差異。男生較女生更容易網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮,獨生大學(xué)生較非獨生大學(xué)生更容易網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮;(3)IAD組和非IAD組在網(wǎng)絡(luò)行為和網(wǎng)絡(luò)內(nèi)容上都存在顯著差異。網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲成癮、網(wǎng)絡(luò)色情成癮、網(wǎng)絡(luò)交際成癮是大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮的主要表現(xiàn)形式;(4)孤獨感、心理控制源與網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮之間存在著廣泛的相關(guān)。 在研究結(jié)論的基礎(chǔ)上,提出預(yù)防和矯治網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮需要從個人、家庭、學(xué)校以及社會四個方面著手來進行。
[Abstract]:In recent years, network technology has developed rapidly. The application of the network has penetrated into the various fields of society. Therefore, the psychological research on the use of the network has become one of the hot issues in psychology research abroad in recent years. Internet addiction will cause network users to work, study, family a series of negative effects. As the main use of the network of college students. Their internet use behavior and internet addiction have attracted much attention, which has put forward a new research topic for psychologists, that is, how to help Internet users, especially young users, to develop healthy internet use behaviors. Make network become the tool of promoting individual growth and developing harmonious and healthy social relations. In this study, 618 college students were investigated with the Internet use questionnaire, Internet Addiction questionnaire, and the Intrinsic and extrinsic locus of Control scale, UCLA Lonely scale (UCLA). Draw the following conclusions: 1) the average net age of college students is about 3 years, and the time of surfing the net is more each week; The main purpose of online chat, information query and game entertainment; There are differences between gender, place of origin, major and grade in the use of network; (2) there is a certain proportion of serious iad and iad tendency; Male students are more prone to Internet addiction than female students, and only students are more prone to Internet addiction than non-only students. There are significant differences between iad group and non IAD group in internet behavior and content. Internet game addiction, internet pornography addiction and internet communication addiction are the main forms of college students' internet addiction. 4) there is a wide correlation between loneliness, locus of control and internet addiction. Based on the conclusion of the study, it is suggested that the prevention and treatment of Internet addiction should be carried out from four aspects: individual, family, school and society.
